On Monday’s “The Kelly File,” House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) gave a wide-ranging interview on the various issues the House of Representatives is confront with including the scandals surrounding the Internal Revenue Service and the Sept. 11, 2012 attacks on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi and the possibility of taking up immigration reform by the House. On the IRS scandal, Boehner suggested it’s not a matter of someone being fired within the IRS, but criminal charges that would lead to jail time for guilty parties. “Misleading the Congress," Boehner said of what criminal charges former director of the IRS exempt organizations office Lois Lerner, the woman at the center of the scandal, may face. "You know, when this story first broke, I asked the question, someone asked me the question well who should be fired? I said I don't know or don't care who is going to be fired. I want to know who is going to jail. And the fact is, the IRS there are specific laws that protect taxpayers and force the IRS to compile with the law."

Well you weeping Buffoon it will likely be the ones the IRS went after illegally going to jail or loosing all they ever earned. However those using abuses of powers for political with hunts aka intimidation and your enabling tyrants in congress will have let this as well slide by this time next week. Boehner has yet to bring anyone in this administration to justice. What does Obama have or know on Boehner and others is the big question of the day?

The FACT is the House could IMMEDIATELY vote on support of Issa on contempt charges against Lois Lerner, and they could jail her - right on the Capitol grounds if need be.
