On March 10, Honey Maid - the graham cracker company - launched a commercial that celebrated all different kinds of families. The message was that no matter what, love is what makes a family a family...
The title of the commercial was "Wholesome Love," but not everyone agreed with its message.
A followup video was created by Honey Maid explaining the responses to the commercial...

Honey Maid buttWholesome!!!
Ughhh, NO. NOT Wholesome!
PASS on view that filth! I’ll take your word for it.
Branding success. Now whenever I see the cracker, I’ll throw up.

turns out they are pushing this ad campaign across all brands. i asked her if they believe the lifestyle is wholesome, since that’s the ad campaign. she said yes. i asked if she had ever heard of or been too or seen pics of the folsom sreet fair. she said no. i pointed her to it explaining that she should turn off the adult filter.
i do not see that as wholesome. the vast majority of the country does not see it as wholesome.
i won’t expose my or anyone else’s children to this crap.
told her i will boycott their products and will encourage my friends to do the same.
i will continue boycotting until they come out with a very public statement that they did not realize what that community is all about and how it is not their idea of wholesome family values.

Ditto. I’ll only think of ONE thing when I see their sorry, *hole-some* crackers.
Way to go, HM!
"The graham cracker was originally conceived of as a health food as part of the Graham Diet, a regimen to suppress what he considered unhealthy carnal urges, the source of many maladies according to Graham."
That's from Wikipedia; but, I also know it's true.
Told them I could bake my own cookies, and I don’t use corn syrup.
Hope they didn’t include traditional marriage cause the homosoviets see supporting it as bigotry!
Your dog would be a better parent than any number of 3rd generation welfare moms, absentee babydaddies, or mom's new boyfriends.
Even if s/he is a pit bull.
We need a “like” button for posts like this
Who knew poop sharing is “conducive to good health”?
The homophobes (those too afraid of homosexuals to oppose them) all loved the ad. I’m a homobarf.
If Love is the criteria, why didn’t their commercial include a polygamist family too? Multiple wives or husbands would qualify under there definition. And, why is polygamy against the law if love is again the criteria for marriage?
Yep, we could tell them to “eat feces and croak,” but why state the obvious? That’s precisely what they’ll do.
Will they be checking all ttheir employee's voting records and firing anyone who doesn't support sane sex marriage?
gays aren’t looking for wholesome, they’re looking for some hole.
I’d be perfectly fine with accepting the homosexual lifestyle and embracing homosexual marriage as soon as they can reproduce with each other. An island of ‘lebesians’ couldn’t create a next generation and an island of stool pushers couldn’t create a next generation. That, in and of itself, is proof that their antics are unnatural.
Besides, they simultaneously want to be treated as being the same as heterosexuals yet they constantly set themselves apart for their differences. Anyone wanting to have it both ways is messed up in the head.
