You have a point. I think what's up for debate is the motivation. Bashing the black driver would be a reflex. Bashing the white driver would be a hate-filled reflex.

Great. Just realize that you will be charged with murder or attempted murder, have to pay several hundred thousand dollars in legal fees. Be convicted of at least several gun related felonies and imprisoned for at least several years. Thats one reason I dont live there anymore.

Here in NC we have state run liquor stores. My kid was complaining about living in a liquor desert because he has to drive twice as far to an ABC store than does someone from other parts of town.
My sister tells me they have something like this in Baltimore. There are red lights on top of poles that let you know you are in a bad, high crime neighborhood. I think the lights are to show that the video cams and gunshot directional finders are working.
One good thing that the "don't let NW Europeans in here any more" immigration policy since 1965 has accomplished is that a lot of African nationals have come here. The ones in the suburbs, at least, are very motivated, hard-working and grateful to be in what they thought would be a free country. Around here they are from Kenya, Ghana, Cameroon, Eritrea, Nigeria, etc. Many have their own businesses or become educated in professions like engineering or accountancy. They discipline their children, attend church and keep up their property. The AA's hate them. The average African-borns prove that race is not a predictor of behavior.

I have seen the same in downtown Oakland in broad daylight. This was in the 90’s. I couldn't tell if the mom was stoned, suicidal or trying win the ghetto lottery. The light was red and cars swerved around her as she walked across the street. No one was injured and she just went on her way like nothing happened.
I don’t doubt that most black men would run if they hit a white kid in a white neighborhood. They wouldn’t need to run but the perception that there would be a lynching exists in 9 of 10 inner city blacks.
I can’t count the number of times I’ve heard urban blacks express fear or rural people.
In TX, you have to go to a state licensed Licka store, grocery & quick stores can only sell beer & wine.
