I don’t doubt that most black men would run if they hit a white kid in a white neighborhood. They wouldn’t need to run but the perception that there would be a lynching exists in 9 of 10 inner city blacks.
I can’t count the number of times I’ve heard urban blacks express fear or rural people.
But they would run after any crime in a white neighborhood, urban or rural, so your comment adds what?
However, statistics show that the perceptions of whites are closer to the truth, re black on white crime.
