Three Democratic lawmakers were either arrested or had their office raided Wednesday by the FBI.
Two of the Democrats, including Charlotte, N.C. Mayor Patrick Cannon, were charged in connection with FBI stings that caught them allegedly taking bribes from undercover agents. Coupled with an FBI raid that led to the resignation of a prominent Democratic lawmaker in Rhode Island this past weekend, four Democrats have recently come under the FBIs radar.
Here are the four:
New York state assemblyman
The FBI raided Democratic New York Assemblyman William Scarboroughs Albany office Wednesday morning and also took papers from his office in Jamaica, Queens. The feds confronted him at 5:45 a.m. in a hotel room, where they seized his smartphone. FBI investigators asked Scarborough about per diem reimbursements received by state lawmakers.
Im innocent, but I understand the reality, Scarborough told reporters at the state capitol Wednesday. I dont know whats going to go on. I am going to talk to a lawyer, this is just stunning to me.
Scarborough was first elected to the Assembly from a primarily Queens County district in 1994.
California state senator
Democratic California state Sen. Leland Yee was arrested Wednesday for wire fraud and conspiracy to deal firearms as part of an FBI sweep in Sacramento and the Bay Area. The gun-control proponent allegedly conspired to facilitate an undercover agents purchase of illegal firearms, which would be imported through a port in Newark, N.J.
Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow, an organized crime figure in Chinatown, was arrested as part of the investigation that nabbed Yee.
Yee allegedly traded official acts for donations from undercover agents, and took $10,000 from an undercover agent to make a call to the California Department of Public Health passing along kind words about a potential contractor.

You bust 4.
Then you call the others and ask for cooperation with some Senate campaigns
Don’t expect to see much coverage about this on the MSM.
RINO’s aren’t any better. Government is corrupt period.
4 Democratic lawmakers either arrested or raided by the FBI in quick succession
Things are not as they seem.
All this direct bribery stopped at the time of Abscam. The video of senators stuffing bundles of cash in their suit pockets was too damning. For a long time bribes were laundered through publishers who were paid to give big book contracts for titles like, “It takes a village.” The other way was to give the bribe to the party as a “donation.” The party would get it to the politician and arrange the favor.
It worked perfectly. What happed? Did everybody get complacent? Or, did the cut taken by publishers and party offiials get to high?
So you know there's some underlying reason for this besides just arresting a bunch of corrupt politicians, all of whom happen to be Democrats...
Is that too tin-foil hat? lol
However the MSM does not cover this the same way when it’s a Republican
These are all low-level hucksters. Need to clean out DC...........
I was just doing my own undercover investigation.....honest.....................
“Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow, an organized crime figure in Chinatown, was arrested as part of the investigation that nabbed Yee.”
Reminds me of something that would be in a Raymond Chandler novel.
Once again, the subtle message gets through.
Attention Writers!
It’s DEMOCRAT
not
DemocratIC...
This seems to happening quite a bit lately. Is the FBI turning on Dear Leader?

You've certainly got their number.
Rush is making the point now (speculating) that the Dems might be trying to get rid of all their “bad apples” before the next election cycle.
He doesn’t seem to think the FBI would turn on Dear Leader.
Hmmm....maybe a higher-up in the FBI is getting fed up with Holder’s corrupting the Dept. of Justice?
>>Its DEMOCRAT

Yes, it takes a while to train oneself, but it’s a satisfying exercise.
Allegedly.
