Saw this online and thought I would re-post it here – it brings up some interesting questions on what our rulers are up to.

Would you move any of their items from their wish list to different categories?
The regime is either incredible incompetent or incredibly evil.

You can rule out the ones that require bills from congress.
If a crisis doesn’t materialize, they will create one. Not a problem for Oblarney and company.

The economy works in cycles – you can’t just print money forever without it having a negative effect.
Think of 2008 on steroids.
Obama has already shown a willingness to violate the law to get what he wants.

The proper way to handle the crisis is to go golfing before the fundraiser
And they can do that almost at the flip of a switch with a sudden cutback in the Quantitative Easing program.
That seems to be the only thing propping up the economy at this point.
OK, keep the ones that involve him not enforcing laws that he doesnt like if you like, that will still decimate the list.

Oh, I’m sure that given the right timing just before the midterms, there could be another serious crisis that lets them do what they couldn’t have done before.
Things like suspending an election… just for a couple of months…. Then for a few months more…
The Dems would still hold control of the government and the GOP church mice wouldn’t dare be ‘unpatriotic’ and challenge Obama’s authority to do what needs to be done in crisis.
Obama has already ignored other parts of our founding documents, what’s to stop him from ignoring the ‘suggestion’ that he be limited to two terms.
Just don’t forget that the GOP trembles in their boots at the prospect of being labeled as Racist.
Think of a situation of the country being the midst of a catastrophic economic disaster and the Dems and the media (that’s repeating myself, but I digress) brow beating them for being obstructionists.
Enough of them could cave to make a great deal of that speculation possible.
