A Hillary Clinton presidential candidacy looks like a sure thing, with marquee Democratic donors and activists mobilizing for what they see as her inevitable entrance into the 2016 race.
Yet some of Mrs. Clinton's closest confidants and allies aren't sold on the idea that she should run. Their cautions add an unpredictable element as Mrs. Clinton weighs whether to seek the presidency again, a decision she says she plans to make later this year.
One of Mrs. Clinton's top advisers and former aides, Cheryl Mills, believes she should stay out of the contest and has told her as much, according to people familiar with her views. But Sen. Barbara Boxer (D., Calif.) says she encourages Mrs. Clinton to run every chance she gets.

The last thing she would want to do is draw more attention to Benghazi.
Interesting.
In my view Clinton/Emanuel doesn’t have enough “color” to pull in the entitlement army.
I can see Clinton/Booker or Patrick
or Emanuel/Booker or Patrick
She can’t pass the physical. Her body is producing blood clots and if one goes to her brain or lungs, she’s done.
She hasn’t been honest about anything in her life. Why would she start now?
You make that sound like it's a bad thing.
“My theory is that she has a severe alcohol problem.”
I’ve been saying this, too. Think alcohol first when someone has a “fall” and very few clarifying medical details are provided to the public.
If America would elect this piece of crap of crap criminal as a follow up to Obama then America is over..........
1) He is intensely unlikeable, even in his own party.
2) Highly publicized problems with unions. They'll take revenge.
3) Americans don't elect mayors president. Not sure why, but we don't.
Deval Patrick is a child. He was basically a front man for the Democrats in the Mass Legislature.
I guess you could say something similar about the incumbent, but Deval doesn't have the kind of machine that got behind Obama.
Obama lite doesn't look like a winning recipe for 2016.
Cory Booker -- likewise too inexperienced -- and unmarried (and kind of a child himself).
I wouldn't write off White guys like Schweitzer or chicks like Gillibrand.
Probably Julian Castro is too young and only a mayor and with a name like Castro, he'll have a lot of explaining to do, but the country might relish having a twin in the White House.
At the very least, the jokes that couldn't be avoided might lead to a rebirth of political satire.
Well, let’s say she throws a blood clot and it goes to her brain and she has a massive stroke. The Democrats will still elect her President. She’ll give her State Of The Union Speech and say “Smarg granfu skronk blat” and Chris Matthews will be on TV saying that was the greatest State Of The Union Speech he’s ever heard and I’ll laugh so hard that I’ll shoot beer out of my nose and I hate to waste good beer.
I think your comments are astute.
However after Nov 2012 I’ve decided Axlegrease, Gibbs, and Plouffy could elect Charles Manson POTUS if they wanted to.
Perhaps that’s too despairing of an attitude.
Hill and the three stooges! Their mothers would be so proud
Maybe he’d even get another thrill up his leg.
Is that what their calling the Coven now, a circle?
I was just sort of having some fun with “huge”....
Or the person who admired Manson: Bernadette Dohrn-Ayres
Her two finger fork to honor the Manson family. (Stick a fork in the establishment. )That she used at a Detroit gathering of 400 became the peace symbol used by all the flower children Bought made me sick when I read that one
Powerful evil people
Vote for Hillary, America’s mother-in-law.
Sounds like it could be a repeat of history a la President Wilson.
She better not run. There is enough opposition information out here to have her devoured in week one.
I forgot about The Godfather.
Very possible.
