2014 is predicted to be a HUGH wave election, no ifs, ands, or buts.
BUT, what IF Obama is deliberately messing with foreign policy AND there's a war in November?

Believe me, I share your well founded concerns about Republicans. They are a pathetic lot.
However....I think Obama has vicious plans for this country if he can get past 2014 with the senate still in Dem hands. The hapless Pubbies may be stupid and weak, but they are by and large patriots who (especially in the face of a strong voter mandate) will check Obama’s excesses and power grabs.
If the Republicans can’t regain the senate, its on to a full blown dictatorship.

Gibbs should understand it won’t make a damn bit of difference.

It isn’t “if”, Baghdad Bob.
Though I disagree with this second assertion. Republicans need to remember the lesson of 1994.
Christ followers need to remember the lessons of 1517.
And all of America needs to remember the lesson of 586 BC.

I think now we're just arguing about how fast we go off the cliff- at 50 MPH or 150 MPH.
It would seem our national debt is insurmountable.

Surely he does. As long as a handful of Republicans vote with the Democrats, it makes no difference.
To: Starboard
I also understand your concerns, too. And, I went on the side of caution for two elections: McCain and Romney. Fat lot of cowpoop good it did, or ever will do.
These RINOs and hapless second-tier losers need a thrashing - a damned good one. If it takes throwing them out, then so be it. They might as well not even be there for all the good it has done with Obama. It’s time for the sane people to stop this.
With all due respect, I’m just not gonna buy that ‘or else’ line any more.

Yes, its a ticking time bomb. Its both unpayable and unsustainable. I believe it was Admiral Mike Mullen who correctly said it was the number one problem. It is going to consume us.

Realism is overriding optimism in this matter. Pedal is to the metal. But, some of us have high hopes anyway. Although this mighty-fine situation we've gotten ourselves into is a tad heavier to move than any rubber-tree plant.

Precious few of them left around anymore.

I don’t think a war could save this bozo...
People will think it started BECAUSE he was so incompetant.

Comrade Gibbs just happy he doesn't have to shill for Barack Hussein.

Luther posted his objections. The Reformation began. But please, what do you mean?
To: brownsfan
>>Gibbs isnt doing his political calculus correctly. The GOP statists will partner with Democrats to keep the Obama dream of crushing America alive.
He knows that, but they have to put on the show for the rubes.

Pundits. Sick of pundits.
You either hold all 3 branches with a filibuster proof majority in the Senate or you have no real power.
It is that simple.
To: Biggirl
So was 2012. The eGOP sent in Mittens. We lost.
