I’d soak it down good with gasoline and set it on fire.

After a few days I’d fill it in with dirt or concrete. All of this would be recorded, and I’d send it to the EPA bureaucrats that have been giving me trouble.

I bet the nearest EPA building suddenly finds itself surrounded by a “duck” pond.

“on his property”

Silly man for thinking that he actually owns something! Under the new world order “private property” is what you pay taxes on, and insurance, and you can get sued for, and where you get to shovel the snow and cut the grass.

Communism seeks to confiscate all private property. The fascists haven’t been able to take it all, just yet, but they’re working on it, a little at a time.

Private property and freedom of speech are just two modern-day illusions.

Sackett vs EPA

Landowner should contact Pacific Legal Foundation for assistance. They've been there, done that.

“...his sprawling eight-acre Wyoming farm.”

They must have a different definition of ‘sprawling’ than I do, and eight acres ain’t it!

I have an eight acre farm with (when there isn’t a drought) 1 acre pond. Neither is “sprawling.” I couldn’t so much as dig a pit toilet without checking with the county to find out whether I was allowed to do so. (actually the answer is a resounding NO). And I also know that if you allow stock to use the pond, you and your kids don’t want to. yuk.

This type of thing is happening more and more. The EPA federal employees (every last one of them) needs to lose their jobs in a 100% RIF and the EPA’s responsibilities transferred to a new agency stocked with new people recruited FROM THE PEOPLE. Congress needs to transfer responsibility for managing water ways and “wet lands” to a more citizen friendly agency and needs to MAKE IT ILLEGAL TO TREAT CO2 AS A POLLUTANT.

Give that disgusting group of creatures known as the EPA their retirement contributions and let them get REAL JOBS or apply for their 6 months of unemployment.

Where the hell is the country sheriff during all this....

The county Sheriff should be kicking the little federal pukes the hll of this man’s property and signing a restraining order against the feds....

Or someone could easily win in the next country sheriff election on this specidif platform!

He had a permit from the State of Wyoming allowing him to build the pond.

Maybe the EPA has been tasked by the president with instigating a new civil war.

I've read the story twice and see one indication about a dam. Did he build a dam
to create his pond?, or is his pond independent of any stream? No idea and
I think that matters in this case. Ponds can go stagnant and that runoff
downstream could cause problems. Ponds also have major mosquito problems.

I would not want somebody upstream from my property messing with what comes down.
But that would be a civil matter if this is the case.

8 acres is not ‘sprawling’ anywhere, never mind Wyoming. And out west water rights are extremely sensitive - the EPA may be the least of this guy’s problems. An old friend tried to get leaky irrigation canals in Colorado fixed, only to learn that they were ‘intentionally’ leaking onto the farms of the politically-connected - he learned this when his trailer home was fire-bombed and he crashed naked through his back wall because the exits were burning.

And people think voting for Marxists or RINOs is a joke. Incredible how many people out there are naive when it comes to history. “Oh tyranny could NEVER happen here! It’s the USA!” Well here you go: Tyranny in all its glory. The Master says you will not build a pond or he will steal all your money because it’s the Masters land not yours.
