“...his sprawling eight-acre Wyoming farm.”
They must have a different definition of ‘sprawling’ than I do, and eight acres ain’t it!
EPa asses strike again. If anyone is acquainted with an EPA employee, give them the what for and, then, shun them.
If it is acre farm, he must not have a pond, but a puddle.
I thought that too, particulary in Wyoming. I can see a “sprawling 8 acre farm” in Manhattan...
Especially eight acres in Wyoming.
Thats most people’s backyard in Wyoming.
So what if the owner views his eight acres as sprawling? I don't understand how that impacts the real issue here. If the pond doesn't cause damage to neighbors, the town, the county or the state, it appears the feds have again stepped on the rights of yet another American.
People in any state who find their rights being unjustly (against our Constitution) taken away from us by power-hungry bureaucrats deserve on-the-ground support from other citizens.
While this may sound idealistic, it sure beats an armed revolution.
Sprawling maybe in CT or MA but WY?
