Although the video is 85 minutes long it is well worth your time – especailly with regards to the issue of civilain disarmament and the connections between the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (National Socialist German Workers Party) and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Both were on the left, despite what the national socialist left in this country would like to deny.

By the way, I have BACKSTAGE AT THE KIROV which was produced by Armand Hammer. Of course the beauty of Russian ballet precedes communism but in the film the ballerinas are seen on stage, backstage, practicing in the studio, and on the wide streets of Leningrad but not in their apartments and not shopping. That would have been difficult to show without their situation looking quite poor compared to the West.

Just saw it last night. Griping, riveting history of communism in all its evil. Interesting about the SS NKVD relationship before Barbarossa. How many millions killed? I guess we'll never know. Kept me up last night thinking about it but a definite must see. Socialism kills! When are Americans going to wake up? I wish all kids in high school would see this.

One of the quotes I remember, paraphrasing: "In every country where socialism/communism is instituted, 10% of the population ends up getting killed, whether it's USSR, Poland, Nicaragua, Cuba or Venezuela" Current US population is 313.9 million (2012). That's 31.4 million Americans.
