Apparently Lerner's boss was not overseeing her or worse was egging her on. How high will this go? What did the President know and when dis he know it? This is a much bigger deal than a third rate burglary and 18 minutes missing from a tape that you can bet the current administration wouldn't have turned over.

Ways and Means has a committee looking into this too. They have greater access to IRS, including the ability to look at the actual returns and such, which no other Congressional committee has. Let’s hope they also have the gonads that Darrel Issa (Neuter-CA) clearly lacks.

Lerner’s a small fish; I don’t know why Congress doesn’t immunize her based on agreement to provide full disclosure, and THEN cite her for contempt of Congress and jail her if she fails to cooperate after that.
