Convicted criminal is a pre-existing condition? Now I've heard everything!

No wonder. When you’re in jail you’re forced to rely on a crappy government-run health care system.

I thought “I heard everything” 5 years ago. I still haven’t. None of us have.

Much is said about the pore existing condition clause. Of course, it would make no sense in any other discipline of insurance such as home or auto. But, I am curious...
Does anyone know what people who were unable to obtain insurance for this reason have done in years past, especially if they couldn't pay cash and didn't have collateral assetts?

Just wait until ‘Convicted Felon’ becomes a race. You won’t be able to ‘discriminate’ in employment or housing.

ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE were written by criminals in prison,
and immediately adopted by the EXEMPT criminals that
dare to deem “laws” which only apply to others
who do not have a Koran.

How else are these folks going to earn a living? With Medicaid, criminals can claim that they have back pain, neck pain or fibromyalgia and receive prescriptions for narcotics which can fetch a decent price on the street.
Then, we will have more crime which will necessitate more police, equipment and more prisons. Now that’s a great way to stimulate the economy!

Politicians have passed so many laws that most of us are in violation of several laws every single day without knowing it.

And likely to receive subsidies. Just about every one of them.
Wonder if they would fall under Medicaid versus Obamacare.
