Yeah lib tard troll...blah...blah..even Mike Lee is running away from the shutdown. His poll numbers were getting cratered by conservatives in Utah. Valerie Jarrett was grinning when Cruz threw the repubs on her bayonets. Take a listen to Palin's keynote. She schooled the cowards who ran from standing for the constitutional purse strings. Please post where Lee backpedaled.

"Immigrants should meet the current requirements, which should be enforced and updated. I realize that subsidizing something creates more of it, and do not think the taxpayer should be forced to pay for welfare, medical care and other expenses for illegal immigrants. Once the subsidies for illegal immigration are removed, the problem will likely become far less common.
And here is the other Rand Paul:
Here are the links, from last year, where Rand Paul clearly lays out his own Amnesty plan for 2 million illegals per year, based on a "Certification" from a Pro-Amnesty congress that the border is "secure". No Fence, No E-Verify, No punishments for ID Fraud, and all the other misdemeanors and felonies committed by the Undocumented Democrats he wants to pardon.

This is not even the first inning of the first game (Iowa or New Hampshire). No sweat, don’t fret. Remember when it was just understood that Rudy Guliani and Hillary would be the front runners. I still don’t understand how Rudy’s team did’nt know about the lack of support. Even with Hillary, no coronation, it’s not a done deal at all.

"He is starting to sound like Myth Romney.
"At the Florida Republican Debate, Romney said that he would enforce stringent documentation policies that would make it difficult for illegal immigrations to find work, eventually spurring them to self-deport. According to Romney, If people dont get work here theyre going to self-deport to a place where they can get work.

No, our best and only chances for winning against Hillary are Gov. Palin and Senator Ted Cruz.
We don't need equivocation on topics such as Amnesty, or Social Issues, or supporting turds like McConnell.
We need Bold, Determined and unwavering support and fighting and communicating Conservative Ideals and Policies, something Ted Cruz does much better than Rand Paul.

Conservatives do it all, social conservatism, economic conservatism, and foreign policy, they don’t need to listen to the libertarians who work against the right, seeking new ways, new terms, new definitions, new categories, even them using GOD, to keep bringing in more liberalism into the GOP.
Libertarianism offers the transitory vocabulary and dialogue to move from conservatism, to liberalism.

And I am in no measure pro-illegal. If you and your pal Rand Paul legalize them, then they won't be illegal.
That apparently is your goal.
Why can't you just admit that you and Rand favor Amnesty.
That's what they called it when Reagan signed on to it. It was Amnesty then and if they do it again it will be Amnesty.
I just would like to see some honesty. If Rand doesn't want to call it Amnesty, then he is a liar. If you don't call Rand Paul's immigration stand Amnesty, then you are a liar.

My Point about Romney was that if you give him a week, he'll state an opposing position on any policy. He had a well documented habit of doing this, and now Rand Paul seems to be picking that bad habit up as well.
You see, before Rand Paul came out with his ill-thought out Comprehensive Immigration Plan, he had stated unequivocally in 2010 the exact opposite of that plan.

The surest sign that Paul is not as conservative as he wants the conservatives and Christians to think he is, is that the libertarians are flocking to him.

Because Rand Paul DOES NOT SUPPORT AMNESTY.Unless his plan includes jail time and deportation for every illegal alien that has used a fake social security card or who has worked under the table and not paid taxes, then
IT IS AMNESTY!!!

Immigrants should meet the current requirements, which should be enforced and updated. Ignore the bolded and see the underlined. We call that wiggle-room and is consistent with Paul's other statements. The proper laws are already on the books and with a fence and enforcement, nothing needs to be updated.
Europe and Mexico have better border enforcement than Paul's suggesting with his documented comments.

Please tell me if you support the following
I do not support amnesty, I support legal immigration and recognize that the country has been enriched by those who seek the freedom to make a life for themselves. However, millions of illegal immigrants are crossing our border without our knowledge and causing a clear threat to our national security. I want to work in the Senate to secure our border immediately. In addition, I support the creation of a border fence and increased border patrol capabilities.
Immigrants should meet the current requirements, which should be enforced and updated. I realize that subsidizing something creates more of it, and do not think the taxpayer should be forced to pay for welfare, medical care and other expenses for illegal immigrants. Once the subsidies for illegal immigration are removed, the problem will likely become far less common.
I support local solutions to illegal immigration as protected by the 10th amendment. I support making English the official language of all documents and contracts.
Millions crossing our border without our knowledge constitutes a clear threat to our nation's security. Instead of closing military bases at home and renting space in Europe, I am open to the construction of bases to protect our border.

Because Rand Paul DOES NOT SUPPORT AMNESTY.
By definition, Amnesty is the granting of forgiveness for crimes committed.
Illegals committed a misdemeanor crossing the border illegally. Almost all of them have committed multiple, many times over, felonies of ID Fraud.
Rand Paul's plan does nothing to deal with these crimes and refuses to enforce the pre-existing laws that describe the necessary punishments. Futhermore, to add insult to injury, his plan put them on the road to citizenship, whereby 30+ million Undocumented Democrats will be able to vote and the GOP, and much more importantly, conservatives will never have the ability to be in the majority and lead ever again.
Logically, and by definition, Rand Paul's Immigration Plan is purely and simply Amnesty.

Of course I agree with it. Your problem, Libertarians supporting Rand Paul's problems is that Rand Paul wants to have his cake and eat it too on this issue, otherwise, he would have walked back his Amnesty plan, which he has not.
Once again, here is the other side of Rand Paul on this issue:
Here are the links, from last year, where Rand Paul clearly lays out his own Amnesty plan for 2 million illegals per year, based on a "Certification" from a Pro-Amnesty congress that the border is "secure".
