54 Chevy? Cool ride!
Thank you. :)
Call me crazy, but I think proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.---or lack of such---reflects on FR. It only takes a moment to proofread your post.
Are you aware that the people in Maiden Square are the equivalent of our American Tea Party? Those people were not our OWS crowd. Would you be putting down our Tea Party?
.....”no FReeper really admires Putin”...
I doubt any do..... I think many are watching this situation as one might a chessboard....when both players are cheating you try to look at the evidence and to see what rules they’re following while they make their own rules as they go... often tricky to follow....
Then you have to see who the judges are equally as much and the rules they’re making as they go. Not to mention those on the sidelines trying to be IN the game or skuttle the gameboard.
But you’re right Putin is an interesting character to watch..especially in light of how the US and other country’s are actually responding to the situation and or not. Many moving parts.
Good comment, agree.
If it’s Hillary vs. NJFatboy in Nov 2016 I’m writing in Putin.
uhm, sorry I do not have TV so the first episode of “The Amreicans” is meaningless to me.
obama and putin should not be contrasted, but compared.
Remember the saying “Be careful what you wish for”?
Some joke about wanting putin for our president. What happens if obama does something so stupid that russia owns us? A bit far fetched thought but neither dictator adheres to laws.
Hey, you placed a period after the question mark.
And it should be amassing!
Uh... I hate to break it to you...
You can cry or you can laugh.
“The Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances”.........
A political agreement signed on 5 December 1994 by Russia, America and United Kingdom ..one of the requirements was:
“Refrain from using ‘economic pressure’ on Ukraine in order to influence its politics.
Has this not already been breached by all the players?
This is what I mean by the changing rules...they are used only to justify the actions of all players as they make them....or cry foul....seems there are no rules when it comes right down to it.
But, those who participated in the Euromaidan uprising are demographically very different from the Tea Party.
Euromaidans are young people and Tea Partiers are old people. Euromaidans are urban people and Tea Partiers are rural people.
That^
Hang the broom from the masthead, you two have made a “clean sweep”.
No, I ment speling is meenin less,
Do you work for the media?
You post two calm photos in contrast with a violent one. Where’s the calm photo of Maiden Square? It was calm for 3 months. They were there during the winter months. Do you have any idea how cold it gets in Russia? Americans would’ve have crawled back to their cozy homes.
~A calm clean one of OWS where there was never EVER any violence. They were there during nice summer months.
~A Tea Party photo where people had gathered for one day, or was it a weekend. whatever. It was summer. Tea Partiers never were concerned about a group infiltrating and causing trouble, did they?
~The violent photo. The Maidan people were under sniper attack. They were unarmed. They burned tires to save their lives because the smoke camouflaged them. This happened in Feb. after being there peacefully since November.
And some of the major euromaidan players are members of Swoboda, a neo nazi group.
NOT all “old people”!
Are you aware of the Svoboda influence in the euromaidan protests? Or how people were paid to attend?
