In an administration defined by scandal, none have dogged Barack Obama longer or more persistently than the secrecy surrounding his past. While the left tries to discount those who question his life story with insulting pejorative, there has been little legitimate response to the genuine concerns of so-called birthers.
In a recent American Thinker report, one specific aspect of Obamas childhood is explored in detail, resulting in the conclusion that at least one of the presidents biographical timelines is inaccurate.
Citing media reports released over the past 14 years, Jason Kissner highlights a discrepancy that seems to put a young Obama in two very different places at one time. While an Illinois Daily Herald article from 1990 indicates he lived in Asia from the age of 2 until he reached fifth grade, a Los Angeles Times report from the same year suggests he spent just six years in Indonesia before returning to Hawaii in preparation for college.
While those two accounts might suggest Obama reached fifth grade by the age of eight, at which time he promptly began studying for college, a subsequent entry in Hawaii Business adds another wrinkle to his purported past. That report suggests Obama was in Hawaii for at least his kindergarten year in elementary school, which represents a major departure from the timeline advanced in the previous articles.
Furthermore, his education records along with his mothers passport are no longer available for review.
These discrepancies are unfortunately only peripheral considerations in the larger tapestry of Obamas questionable past. In the same article, Kissner explores Obamas frequent name changes, focusing specifically on the surname Soebarkah. He suggests the name might have been related to a Muslim cult that encouraged its followers to change their names.
Loretta Fuddy, the Hawaiian health official who authenticated Obamas birth certificate before dying in a plane crash from which all other passengers survived, was a former leader of the Subud cult, he added.
There is no shortage of controversy surrounding Obamas birth, childhood, and even much of his adult life. The information introduced by Kissner is just one chapter in a long book of questionable autobiographical claims.
Unfortunately, it seems any documents that could unequivocally prove or disprove Obamas assertions have been forever lost or destroyed. To a growing number of Americans, that fact makes Obamas professions appear all the more suspicious.
I believe the poster butter..something..can’t recall the full name, had a thread about that sub club thing.
If I can find it, I’ll let you know.
"Why?" One might well ask. Simple. There is no opposition. No alternative Program, Plan, or Leader. OK. He's a bad guy. What's our deal? Who we got? (or I suppose "whom have we?")
BTW, we ain't running against Obama in 2014, so why bother pointing out that his 'Life Story Continues to Unravel.' BFD. When the hell did it ever ravel?
I agree. And in order for it to matter, the media has to care, and in order for the media to care, the subject has to be a Republican or conservative. Obama could get caught in the Lincoln Bedroom diddling with Justin Bieber and it wouldn’t matter. And they called President Reagan the “Teflon President.” There is nothing, absolutely nothing, negative or potentially damaging about Obama that could be uncovered, or discovered, or revealed that would generate any media interest, with of course, the exception of conservative talk radio.
SubudSubud (pronounced [ˈsʊbʊd]) is an international spiritual movement that began in Indonesia in the 1920s, founded by Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo.
The basis of Subud is a spiritual exercise commonly referred to as the latihan kejiwaan, which was said by Muhammad Subuh to represent guidance from "the Power of God" or "the Great Life Force". He claimed that Subud was not a new teaching or religion. He recommended that Subud members practise a religion but left them to make their own choice of religion. Some members have converted to Islam, but others have found their faith in and practice of Christianity, Islam and Judaism, for example, have deepened after practising the latihan.
Sound like the loose beliefs of anyone we know?

Not sure if the above worked, but that is the thread that delves into the whole subud angle. Starting around post
52.
Details of his life may or may not come out, but “what difference at that point, will it make?” He will have held the highest office in the land and will indeed have fufilled his promise of “change”. Who his daddy is or any of the rest of this won’t change that a bit. What’s done is done, and no matter what comes “unraveled” there are millions who would vote for him again if they had the chance.
Been entirely debunked and discussed in hundreds of posts in the last couple of weeks.

Defeatism is disgusting and exactly what leftistpukes want everyone to feel.
“Especially the Democrat Party in general.”
If the Republican Party, by then, even exits!
I view birtherism and the rest of the Alex Jones crap as the the ultimate defeatism. It is conservatives retreating from real politics, real culture, and real life into the land of make believe. This is a bunch of silly BS nobody cares about. It has no relation to the real world. It is escapism from reality by people who find the real world scary.
It was then I had my 15 minutes of infamy being named by Time Magazine in November of 2008 as the "The Blogger Behind The Obama Hit Job".
There was nothing good that came from it for me. I suffered and suffered bad. I was accused of being a bigot, a racist among other things - I received countless death threats....and I did my best to fight off personal and financial ruin having been made a target for Obama's minions. I end up at the bottom ... forgotten.. and so I stopped writing. At the moment, I'm trying to slowly get back on my feet and try again.
When I read through some of my old blog postings on Obama now it seems that all along I was on the mark. Much of what I warned about has now come true. My regrets are many, for myself, but also a lot for our country. I feel I failed to make a difference when I had the opportunity - I tried, it's just that no one was listening.
Thanks for your support and thanks for listening to my rant

In keeping with the spirit of this thread -
How do you register for school in Indonesia as and Indonesian "Barry Soetoro" with a US passport "Barack Hussein Obama"?
:-)
Where did that come from?

Also sounds like Eckankar’s religious philosophy...”you can add this to any religion”, my ex used to say...Eastern Cult Ctrap...founded on nothing real...
