U.S.-born children of undocumented parents are asking President Barack Obama to stop deporting their mothers and fathers.
Dozens of children, some with their parents and some without, gathered in Van Nuys Monday to urge for the end of deportation while immigration reform is debated. Many wrote letters to the president in the hopes that their messages would reach his desk and move him to act.

GO BACK WITH YOUR PARENTS, KIDS!”
Perhaps they should talk to their parents, and encourage their parents to become citizens through legal process.
Send them home with their parents.
We need to put an end to this anchor-baby crap.
The children of diplomats, tourists, and illegal aliens born in the US are not citizens.
Yep. Its why amnesty or any kind of legalization of illegals is a bullet to free America’s brain.
I suppose the children of convicted felons don’t want their parents to go to jail. Break the law, face the music.
Maggie Thatcher reversed the UK equivalent of our current ‘anchor baby’ laws - and she made it retroactive for twenty years.
That’s right, exploit the kids for sympathy points.
They’ll get no sympathy from me. Their parents chose to break the law; they are fully to blame for any problems that result.
Somehow my mother was never targeted for deportation.
Why?
BECAUSE SHE CAME TO THE US THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR, NOT SNEAKING IN THE BACK!!
As we learned during the Elian Gonzalez ordeal, a child belongs with their parents.
I am sorry kids. As a parent, my heart breaks whenever I see the separation of parents and kids. This is the risk your parents took when they crossed the border illegally. Now, they are facing the consequence. There are millions parents, like yours, who wants to live and work in US for their children. Again, like your parents, they want nothing but the best for their family. If the president Obama changes the law for your parents, it would not be fair for other millions of parents who waits patiently and legally. I am sorry kids. This is the reality. Your parents can come back to US if they file the immigration and wait. Your parents are being deported not because they are not hard working loving parents. They must leave the country because they broke the law. One reason your parents decided to come US is this country is strictly governed by the law, unlike some countries. I am sorry kids. I wish you the best and please this situation positively.
I’m gunna ask for a pony!
Seize the criminal parents’ assets, jail them, deport them and their children.
[8] He became a U.S. citizen in 1995.[3]
Send them all back to Mexico with a welfare Queen under each arm!
Why write to the president? Take the issue up with your parents for putting you into this situation by breaking our laws.
Bingo!
Double Bingo!
Send them home with their parents, and if they choose not to renounce the US citizenship, then treat them like any other citizen and tax them for all wages earned abroad.
I used to be sympathetic. Then I realized that, if I were to be convicted of a felony, the court would throw the book at me with no thought whatsoever to fortunes of my wife and children. "Tough noogies. You wanted to play, now you need to pay." would be the response, approximately.
