The problem isn’t a red line, it’s a black line....

Can’t cross the color barrier....

I for one think impeachment is a complete waste of time unless we win the Senate....and then it still might be a bad idea....since by then he will have two years left....

The impeachment train will have barely left the station by the time he’s gone....

Obama will refuse to leave the White House in 2016 and there STILL will be no talk of impeachment.

I will never EVER vote for ANY black politician. They are held to NO standard.

Very good article by Cindy Simpson for the articles of impeachment.

Beyond impeachment...

He has repeatedly lied and used our airwaves to amplify those lies.
He has not passed laws that help the colonists.
He has refused his assent to laws the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
His pen and his phone have dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
His pen and his phone have acted in taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our government.
He has stood idle and let unaccountable bureaucrats devalue our currency and relegate us, our children and grandchildren as slaves to debt and to the leviathan state.
He has made war upon our people and our land by division and strife.
Many of his actions have not protected us from our enemies and has used our justice department and state department to aid and abet our enemies.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

Cute article, but we’re talking about the government here, not a “for profit” or other company with shareholders. Plus, a majority of the “shareholder/voters” associated with the government are simply voting for bigger dividends (largess from the public treasury) for themselves.

Obama does not have to worry about impeachment, for the reasons cited on this thread.

What he does have to worry about is his own party taking him out.

There have been two recent closed-door meetings between Obama and party factions.
If we believe the media reports as to what these meetings were about, then we can conclude all is well. I don’t believe the media, it can be assumed the media will lie.

The Democratic party is losing independents for crying out loud. Independents! Does anyone believe they aren’t in panic mode? The critical rift of course, is Obamacare. This is where the battle lines are drawn.

Rock, meet hard place.

It is now Obamacare goes down or the Democratic Party goes down. I think they will all begin to act in their own self interest, and the question is which one has the power over the other. I realize Obama will refuse to give in, and may seem to have the upper hand, but the Dems in Congress could put Obamacare to rest, and let’s face it, now that it has been implemented, even key Dem constituencies are against it.

Pass the popcorn.

I have a different perspective on the demise of our Constitutional Republic.

There is no doubt that there is a coup going on that represents the very essence of the Democrap Party. It is executed by three offices:

1. The AG has anesthetized the whole Justice System. Pure nonfeasance on any issue which is in conflict with the aims of the Democrap Party.

2. By the Senate President paralyzing the Congress and polls only surveying the Congress as a single entity, the efforts of the House of Representatives are lost. Each house of the Congress should be polled separately.

3. The Executive branch is led by CZAR Gosnell Goebbels. I frequently ask myself who is the real press secretary? The airways are full of pronouncements from the CZAR and are repeated over and over many times a day. Remember the old Latin saying: "Repetitio est Mater Studiorum".

If a LIE is told often enough to large groups of people, pretty soon a large percentage of those people will believe the LIE.

The credit for the present state of our economy and our Republic must be given to the DEMOCRAP PARTY. They are the enablers of the legislation; they have control of the oversight functions; and with the CZAR as their spokesman, nothing counter to thier efforts will change the present situation.

The founders wanted to make replacement of the President difficult. They did not want it to be like Italy turned out to be.

In practice, they made replacement impossible. There will never be a 2/3 majority in the Senate to convict, Barack or any one else.

Dumb question. He could start exterminating people on live tv and the SRM would not question it. The rats would defend it. The GOPe would sit on their hands. Nothing would happen.

While there is ample reason to impeach Obama it will not happen as the GOP still fears the same shellacking they took when they impeached Clinton for committing perjury. The Democrats will rally around Obama no matter what he has done and the media will continue to be in lockstep with White House talking points. Obama's supporters would also immediately play the race card denouncing the impeachment as racism.

There are only two ways we can be rid of Obama: when his term ends in 2016 and he leaves office or if he is forced out by a popular insurrection like Nixon. I fear Obama will not relinquish office voluntarily and will simply declare himself president for life. I doubt that the Democrats would oppose this, the MSM would applaud him for doing so and the GOP could do nothing but bluster. At that point it would take another revolution to free ourselves from this oppressor.
