Interesting. If these drugs were causing people to regress in a de-evolutionary manner, then wouldn’t they run up a tree or jump into a body of water? Instead, they attack people? Something else is going on here.
It's not a joke. There have been multiple attacks over the past few years almost identical to this. The drug is sold over the counter as 'bath salts' (because it's illegal to ingest it).
Nothing to laugh at, Bath salts can cause serious permanent damage to brain chemistry, especially in adolescent brains. This is a very serious matter that is wreaking havoc in many communities.

They had to shoot an unarmed man three times to stop him? I know they tried to stun him and that didnt work and he was a big wacked out dude. I know they had to defend themselves but it just seems they could have shot and stopped him without killing him.
