Bath Salts?It's not a joke. There have been multiple attacks over the past few years almost identical to this. The drug is sold over the counter as 'bath salts' (because it's illegal to ingest it).

Nothing to laugh at, Bath salts can cause serious permanent damage to brain chemistry, especially in adolescent brains. This is a very serious matter that is wreaking havoc in many communities.

Do a web search for mephedrone or MDPV and Alpha-PVP. Those are the active ingredients in many varieties, and it is some nasty stuff.
That doesn't stop the druggies from using it, and a few have tried to (sometimes successfully) to eat parts (usually facial) of other humans in their vicinity. Those who overdo it commonly strip because they get overheated.
