The Obama administration is quietly making it easier for people with tangential connections to terror groups to receive refugee status or asylum in the United States.
Two new exemptions to the Immigration and Nationality Act published in the Federal Register Wednesday by the Departments of Homeland Security and State mean that who provided insignificant or limited material support for terror groups will no longer be automatically denied eligibility from asylum or refugee status.
Aside from the Federal Register publication, the only public notice announcing the changes came from Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), who has for years been championing a change in the material support definition.

Boom!
“homosexuals can now also seek asylum in America. “
No, I didn’t know, I didn’t know that they couldn’t before. But at least they don’t try to blow up hundreds or thousands of people.
Well... unless they are gay terrorists
America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi! |
Well here we go. This sums up what I’ve ALWAYS thought about the imposter in the white house: he is a terrorist sympathizer.
Hey America! How’s that hopey changey thing working out for ya?! You can go back to strumming your guitar or writing poetry now. “I gave my love a cherry...”
As long as they vote Democrat between terror attacks.
She said the new rules could allow thousands of displaced Syrians apply for asylum or refugee status who otherwise would have been forbidden.

They can just suck off the taxpayer teat and degrade the culture. But I guess that’s okay.
No question at all. He adores those who hate America like he does.
A lot of bad changes to the Immigration and Naturalization Act/McCarran-Walter Act, took place in 1989, led by Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass), Steny Hoyer (D-Md), Sen. Patrick Moynihan (D-NY) and Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass).
The most damaging change was to prevent the INS from keeping out Communists and supporters if they were not guilty of criminal activities, even at home. Frank promoted the bill for leftist reasons and probably because he needed a foreign boy friend.
Hoyer did it because he’s a fucking idiot on an ego trip.
Kennedy did it because he was pro-communist, as new evidence shows (Paul Kengor’s works).
Moynihan did it based on the “human rights” immigration arguments used against the Soviet Bloc for not letting people out. Not a great argument but a logical one.
I think Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Ct) was involved in this to. Color him “red”.
The result was the release back into American society of the “Los Angeles 8” a few years later. They were supporters of the Marxist “Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine” led by avowed marxist George Habash. They had been charged with providing material support (money from selling PFLP propaganda in LA), to a terrorist organization.
A combined legal and support organization of both Communists and Arabists/PLO supporters, helped them win their case in court.
Now you know the back story.
So do we apologize to the Tsarnaev brothers now?
