A Jacksonville homeowner thought she may have been robbed Sunday, but realized instead her home had been altered by a SWAT team.
Deborah Franz was told to leave her home by police during a standoff with her neighbor over the weekend. According to WTEV-TV, Franz overheard loud fighting next door, and then saw SWAT team members swarm the street.
The cop goes You all need to leave, you cant be in your house, Franz told the station.

unofficial martial law is here.
I was the first one that came in the door and I stopped I froze because I realized somebody had messed with my TV, Franz said. Her television and her game console had been moved and unplugged, her blinds were open on several windows, and blankets she had covering some walls were thrown on the floor.

Ehhh, quit complaining lady. At least they didn’t drink up your beer.

Counselor Rosada must've slept through that portion of his 1st-year Civil Procedure class, if the article is correct.
and/or shoot your dog
Uhh..don’t we have an amendment or two in the constitution about stuff like this?
Lock the doors and get into the basement or other hidey-hole.
Have nothing to do with the Stasi.
Do not make contact with them under any circumstances.
This would make a nice Third Amendment test case.
Don’t you love how they even leave their mess behind? There was a similar case recently when they even went through the fridge, and if memory serves me right, they left it open.
Cops today have zero respect for anyone who isn’t a cop.
The thing is, each time they do something like this establishes precedent for the next time.
It’s Us against Them, and really, there aren’t that many of Them.
She was fortunate that she didn’t have a dog.
According to the story, the guy “SWAT” (standards must be lower these days) had surrounded got away!
This goes on and on with more and more abuses.
Want to stop it?
1) Mandate Civilian Review Boards.
2) Mandate residency requirement for all law enforcement - no more armies of occupation.
3) Replace all police chiefs with civilian directors of public safety who answer directly to the taxpayers and not the PBA and FOP.
4) End 20 and out. A life’s pension for a life of service.
5) Mandate a civilian presence in each and every damn police academy class to monitor what these cretins are taught there.
6) End use of paramilitary training, equipment and tactics for dealing with run of the mill criminals. If they need a military presence, call in people who KNOW what they are doing - the National Guard.
In Indiana you can legally shoot them.
There’s already one in the works from a case in Henderson, NV: local PD “requested” use of a home for surveillance of a neighbor and arrested the couple when they refused. Left the house a mess after eating the victim’s food.
Frankly, if that were to happen to me, I believe that I’d have a medical episode and drop to the floor. “I think you gave me a heart attack!” “I can’t breath!” “Call 911” “Don’t touch me! It hurts so bad!” “Call the Amberlamps!” and so on.
These Cops ain`t too smart coz they LIVE IN HOUSES, too.
The Indiana law wouldn’t really apply here. More to the point, they can legally shoot you regardless, and would. Not a smart idea to take on a SWAT team. probably a better idea to suffer from “emotional distress.”
