If that’s the correct title, then Breitbart is wrong. Hillary said FOX, not Fox News (FNC).
Fox broadcast seldom delves into politics beyond Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, which is rerun on FNC. It mostly programs cartoons and shows about the gays.
