Yeap.
Winter, spring, summer, autumn.
Been happening since the globe started turning.
In a few months we will be complaining about the heat. That is what we used to call summer. A few months after that, we will be complaining about the cold and ice and snow. That is what we used to call winter. In between, we will have a few or many nice days — after summer, they were called autumn; after winter, they were called spring.
Then, the cycle begins again. We call it the new year.
One of my favorite quotes from Issac Asimov: It is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today. No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be.
Obama is right. Climates change. Just ask the dinosaurs. So? It was a lot warmer here yesterday than today. It was foggier here forty years ago. Sometimes it rains.
It’s like saying nighttime is a fact. But we don’t go on to say “someday our children will live only in the light if we just change our behavior to benefit the government.”
“require tough choices along the way”
Translation: pull the united states backwards into the status of a third world country.
This moron is supposed to be a “perfessor” who teaches the U.S. Constitution. The idiot does not know a damn thing about the U.S. Constitution. Nothing. Now he thinks he’s a scientist? The boy is one sick puppy.
The only fact here is that this man is a proven liar.
It's called "weather" and long term "solar cycles".
For a change, I agree with obama. Climate changes.
Now, if he decides to blame it on humans...
"The state of the union is strong"
"'Climate change is a fact"
Uh-yup....
What is NOT a fact is humans having anything at all to do with it. We don't have the power to CHANGE the climate, we only have the ability, or not, to ADAPT to the changes that are going to occur naturally.
