Tuesday night live on C-SPAN, President Obama outlines his agenda for the coming year when he delivers his fifth State of the Union Address before a Joint Session of Congress.
Leading up to the President's speech, C-SPAN sets the scene from the White House and Capitol Hill with perspectives from Former Speechwriter to President Obama Jon Lovett, Senate Historian Don Ritchie, and Gallup Editor in Chief Frank Newport.
Following the State of the Union, House Republican Conference Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) delivers the Republican response. McMorris Rodgers is in her fifth term representing Washingtons Fifth District.

Yeah, it was good — a different angle than I expected.

The response was a perfect speech.
Like a woman’s skirt it was long enough to cover the subject and short enough to be interesting.

Boehner has a problem. I think he feels unworthy to be where he is as he cries every time he talks about coming from little to where he is now - he has never come to grips with that or the tears wouldn't come every time. I don't know if his badly discolored skin is a part of that problem, but I would figure that out if I were to talk to him. He does play golf, so sun is in there, too, and he has to be a candidate for skin cancer.

I listened to Mike and he talked to me, not to a bunch of cronies.
Fox would not dare play it because it would resonate with millions.

It looked like some carpentry work was done up by the podium. The chairs behind with Biden the guy who gets assignments and never follows through and Boehner were up higher in relation to the podium.
It made Obama look small and meeker. I think they did that on purpose so we would picture a kinder, gentler dictator. The back chairs were jacked up. Don't doubt me. Have a nice night. So glad somebody important is working on our HUGE KINDERGARTEN PROBLEM. Who knew?

Agreed and Drudge and PJTV and Brietbart and all other conservative outlets need to feature this speech in its entirety.

He was better than Mrs. Rogers neighborhood, but no fire...No horsepower behind the speech....Where’s the beef? Why can’t they find someone with some passion who’ll make big waves and rock the boat? Make people stand up and say....No S**t!
