So he’s not going to say you can keep your healthcare plan or doctor if you like them? What a shock?
What is really amazing is that Obama will give his SOTU and all of those economic problems will just disappear.

Pundits and commentators will on be on the news programs and publications proclaiming it the greatest speech ever in the history of presidents’ speeches.
Cruz got Schieffer’s dander up. Beautiful. Two Texas pols from diametric opposite sides of the spectrum.
Cruz will not concede, “I DID NOT SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT”.
Schumky on now, lying liar. My poor ears are being assaulted. Talking about the Tea Party elites. And just who are they? Pray, tell us. Didn’t know they existed. They can’t stand a grassroots organization of we the people. WOW, glad that’s over.

Someone want to tell Schumer his “Main Stream Republicans” are the RINO’s the Primaries are going to weed out so they can go over to the Democrat side where they belong.
Most of them are minority women, including more well off Asian women. Why do you think white women voted for Romney 56%-42?
I remember that incident and that a lot of us and some of the right-leaning hosts on radio and TV were scratching our heads wondering where the question came from - - totally out of the blue. It didn’t take most of us long to figure out after they started with the “war on women”, “student” Sandra Fluke, etc., etc.
You’re spot on with your comment re the Republicans and debates - - I totally agree! And not just him - - they need to insist upon not all moderators can be from the LSM/Dim operatives.

Ahhh...the melodramatic Peggy Noonan, with her smart girl glasses, agrees with old Bob’s continuous insistence that Cruz shut down the government, tosses her hair back and declares Cruz is just trying to get his popularity back. GRRRRR...it is Republicans like this woman that makes me want to leave the decaying GOP.

Obamacare and amnesty will make Obama one of the most influential and successful Presidents in history from the Dem perspective. These two legislative achievements will make the Dems the permanent majority party, Hello socialism and goodbye Constitution.

Cruz would be my top choice. Gov Walker has had some good PR by Rush this week. Don’t know too much him but he’s done some great things in WI (battled the unions and Dims, now has a surplus and cutting taxes. I’m just a bit fearful that he maybe isn’t as charismatic as he could/should be (might be unfair of me to say - I’ve only seen/heard him a handful of times). I don’t care about charisma in a leader but the LIV’s and Media seem to and I think it helps win elections.

And that right there is what the RNC needs to pounce on and throw back in their faces. For far too long we’ve let the left get away with their rewriting of the narrative and racist attacks .
Someone needs to stand up when it happens and retake the narrative and point out what it is exactly the DNC is doing.
Too bad we don’t have anyone in the leadership of the GOP to stand up to these attacks.
Glad they’re getting started early - - team Hillary! certainly is. As I said here last week and on other threads, I’m still not convinced she’s going to run. Saw an article on FR the other day that some want Jerry Brown (Commie-CA) to run for Prez, and there’s those that want Squaw Lizzie to run.
I think if Rand would run, he’d get a lot of his dad’s younger supporters as well as Libertarians.
Cruz/Paul - - I could support that ticket.
I agree.
Huckabee tried to make a statement similar to yours this past week (albeit he’s choice of words wasn’t necessarily the best - - I got what he meant and agreed, but the LSM quoted him incorrectly and the Dims hammered him with it).
