The growing popularity of environmentally friendly motoring in America has led to a new phenomenon, charge rage, as the owners of electric cars compete for places to plug in their cars.
While the owners of electric cars may care about climate change, they appear to be less solicitous of their fellow ecologically-motivated motorists.
Angry notes have been left on windscreens and drivers have returned to their cars to find that they have been unplugged.

My previous admittance has failed to conduct the proper signal...my circuits are about to blow...they’re overloading...my capacitance for further puns has reached the brownout stage...

That’s funny because last weekend I saw an electric vehicle plugged in at the mall and was wondering why someone doesn’t steal the inverter unit that connects the car to the outlet. It looked like a fairly expensive unit and I’m sure some unscrupulous cretin could sell it on Craig’s List for enough money to get their drug(s) of choice. And it definitely looked like it belonged with the car, not the charging station. Your idea for a locking system could be a big winner.

I just couldn’t keep my characteristic angle at the same level as yours...too much impedance...so I figured I’d attempt to insulate myself and enhance the conductivity of the discussion by discharging a source all could use...

This was really funny, folks... thank you!
However... dinner must be made, bellies filled, and then Bourbon and perhaps a movie (most probably “The Return Of the King” - the third installment of the Lord of the Rings trilogy).
Hale out... Ya’ll have a GREAT night!

When something is given away for free, the demand may end up exceeding the supply. Perhaps they should charge people for charging their cars.
