It doesn't matter what the voters or citizens say, our "masters" will tell us what's right.

There were a lot of people here saying that despite electing scumbag Terry McAuliffe to the governorship, Virginia's legislature was solid and would keep him in check. I doubted that at the time and more so now with this clymer of an AG.

We have very little hope here in the People's Republic of New York, but Virginia can still save itself if people wake up and realize the barbarians are already past the gate and it will only take a few RINOs to agree to those "sensible" compromises that enhance the statists and hammer us. It's the way they always sell us out and don't bet for a second they won't do it in Virginia.

Is the land of the Virgin Queen on the way to Sodom?

This leftist crew in Richmond is going to pull the same stunt their fellow travelers in California did... declare an existing law to be “unconstitutional,” refuse to defend it, then side with the plaintiff to get it overturned.

Sorry, USA... Virginia, once a cradle of American liberty and dynamism, has caught the brain-eating virus of liberalism and is rather unwell now...

Will McAuliffe be the next governor to proclaim that pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, pro-traditional marriage residents are not welcome in his state?

The AG just ended the ban on polygamy with his argument.

One attorney said “it’s a nice day to be an American.”

No, its a sad day. But elections have consequences and since the GOP establishment traitors FAILED to support the Republican for Governor, we can expect more of this garbage from the moron sitting in the Virginia Governor’s mansion.

Va’s amendment is pretty much the toughest in the nation, that’s why it only passed by 57% back in 2006 when every other states in the same southern region were passing them in the mid 70% ranges, in my opinion. The AG at the time actually had to make a clarifying ruling that it didn’t prohibit all types of contracts between citizens.

So another AG eight years later decided it actually violates the US constitution so he won’t defend it. To the state marriage is simply whatever judges, pols or the voting majority thinks it is at any one time, and to the state that’s all it ever will be or can be, at least in the modern era.

When an Attorney General takes a stance such as this, the people should move to impeach him. He is suddenly not a representative of rhe people and as such should be removed to make room for womeone who will represent the people.

I'll continue to be pooh-poohed by the deluded ones here, but I'll contend again that this election was RIGGED enough to get McAwful and Herring just past the finish line. And exactly THIS was the prize being sought by their sodomite handlers (note how this was their very first order of business - ignoring the VA Constitution.)

The fascists are finally out in the open confirming that the former USA is now a lawless banana republic. Methinks they have not thought this through to its logical conclusion, namely that once we get on board with their operating premise and refuse to abide by the law, they will need to keep up in line through raw violence.

How do you think that’s going to work out?

Herring does this. McAwful talks about unilaterally accepting Obamacare’s Medicaid money and the debt that comes with it, and there’s talk about some kind of executive orders to change our gun laws.

I hope our moving across the Potomac to escape the Freak State wasn’t a fool’s errand.

Lets all realize that no we dont want gay marriage. Its not the best for society. But if gay marriage were to be allowed there will be about 3 of them in a state of 8 million. Which actually means the right is winning. Preach the word and let is work. Because it is !
