Rush Limbaugh’s gatekeeper, ‘Snerdley,’ opens up

It takes a special kind of person to keep pace with the king of conservative talk radio, Rush Limbaugh. Long-time producer James Golden, aka “Bo Snerdley,” accepted the challenge over 25 years ago, and he hasn’t had time to look back since.

The years flew by, Golden told BizPac Review in a candid interview. At the beginning “I was real skinny and I had hair,” he said.

Despite juggling the duties of producer, researcher and call screener, Golden made the high-stress job sound almost effortless as he described a day in Rush’s world.

He and his boss have a similar work ethic and a knack for radio built on decades of experience, Golden revealed (see insight video below).

The “golden” rules: Work hard, keep up with the news and have patience with people.

That’s because Rush sees a hard working daily companion. He doesn’t see “black”. Like I said to a friend after years and years when he started a sentence with “as a black man...” I cut him off and asked “when did that happen?!?”

Snerdley is probably well compensated by the evil, rich white boss who demands excellent work. The Lieberals would rather he be on welfare and vote DemoRat for his own (and their’s) good.

Exactly. For a white person to see a black person and say "I don't see you as black, but a person." is what MLK wanted right?
But NOT the race baitters. If we start seeing black people as people, then the baitters don't have a job.

Rush has no animus towards people of other races. In fact, one of his faults is that he is far too trusting of others.

He is also extremely generous, but doesn't talk about it much.
