Why John Roberts (Likely) Is Protecting Obamacare
http://www.westernjournalism.com ^ | January 9, 2014 | Dr. Kevin "Coach" Collins

On Monday, without comment (because he could not make a coherent one), Chief Justice John Roberts denied a request by the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons and the Alliance for Natural Health USA for a stay in the implementation of Obamacare. The groups had made their application last Friday, arguing that since the bill had been declared a tax by the Supreme Court (with Justice Roberts himself the deciding vote), and it had originated in the Senate (the Constitution says revenue bills may not originate), the law was therefore unconstitutional; and implementation of Obamacare should at least be stayed pending further examination.

While there are other minor issues attached to the application that were also not addressed, the truth of the matter is clear: John Roberts will never do anything to derail Obamacare, no matter what arguments against it are brought before him.

There is very good reason to believe that regardless of the media’s skillful smothering of the story, John Roberts is being blackmailed to make certain Obamacare never falls in a Supreme Court case. The basis of this charge surrounds the fact that a series of strange (and probably felonious) acts are attached to the adoption of his two children.

The phoney adaption is all or a good part of the reason. Obama was gloating two weeks before the SC decision that the SC would not defy what Congress passed. Will of the people expressed via Congress. Obama telegraphed this decision. 0bama knew he had Roberts in the bag

Regardless of tgecemotiins surrounding adoption, Roberts is still supposed to follow the letter of the law and not just the spirit. If he’s broken the law, and it’s a sufficiently serious matter, he can go to hljail over it.

Is avoiding a scandal on the adoption worth the potential tyranny of the left?

By strange coincidence, in 1937 Republican and presumed conservative, USSC Justice Owen Roberts voted to affirm the Constitutionality of the Social Security Act.

From the Wiki:
"Steward Machine Company v. Davis, 301 U.S, 548[8] (1937) held, in a 5–4 decision, that, given the exigencies of the Great Depression, "[It] is too late today for the argument to be heard with tolerance that in a crisis so extreme the use of the moneys of the nation to relieve the unemployed and their dependents is a use for any purpose narrower than the promotion of the general welfare". The arguments opposed to the Social Security Act (articulated by justices Butler, McReynolds, and Sutherland in their opinions) were that the social security act went beyond the powers that were granted to the federal government in the Constitution. They argued that, by imposing a tax on employers that could be avoided only by contributing to a state unemployment-compensation fund, the federal government was essentially forcing each state to establish an unemployment-compensation fund that would meet its criteria, and that the federal government had no power to enact such a program."

Roberts ruled that essential aspects of the “Affordable Care Act” constitute a tax. To have standing to challenge a tax, someone has to have suffered damage by actually being forced to pay it. The group suing hasn’t paid it, so they have no standing. Therefore, Roberts rationally denies their request for a stay.

I’ll put the conspiracy theories on hold until someone actually pays the tax, challenges it, and works a case through the court system to the SC. The sooner that happens the better, since we are one “conservative” justice away from rubber stamp approval. Waiting for all this bs sucks, but that is how the law works.

Wow. I am going to cut to the chase here: Roberts was most likely blackmailed. But he was playing chess while obastard, Soros, and crew were playing checkers. In the end, Roberts (who really is on the side of the Constitution) wins. But there is and will be ugliness before victory. Welcome to war.

Tarred, feathered, rolled up in an old carpet, tied down on the deck of a rusty steamer and sent to the Far East. That would satisfy me. 98% of judges are stinking liberals and do not read the law, they MAKE UP law.

If we knew the nature of the relationship Roberts has with, those two men, it may explain why he could be blackmailed.

I’ve seen it posted here on FR numerous times with references to a younger Roberts being with his homo friends, and wondered if that was true. I could never track down the other 2 in the pic, nor do I care, but the posters’ statements lingered.
