So just who is supposed to spill the beans on a President who has betrayed his country???
Seems to me that whistle-blowers are a deterrent to corrupt, deceitful politicians who betray their own. Personally, I want every low-life, scheming politician walking around in Washington mortified that someone just might tell the whole truth about them. Shining a light of full disclosure is a very, very good thing.

Good point, but someone who spills the beans in a tell-all book long after he's left office is not a "whistle-blower" in any sense of the term.

The DC madam had the goods on a bunch of them and wound up hanging by the neck in her moms garage just after signing a tell all book deal.
