I live in the burbs here - The Mayor who was recently elected this fall and just took office (Lovely Warren) has a husband who drove a getaway car in a jewelry store heist here years ago and has a high ranking staff member who got a DWI last summer. She replaced a decent Chief with a hand pick - and this is what you get
I watched the video of this and don’t see here the victim could have pulled a gun to defend herself.
She was stupid to be there alone in the first place.
Assuming she’s still standing after just the one blow to the neck, can she pull a gun and shoot him? Well, yeah she can but would it be legal?

It is time to put a stop to the stupidity and make those who “play” their stupid game pay the consequence for their actions. The longer this is allowed the worse it will become. Soon, it will no longer be “Knockout”, it will be “Kill for Thrill”.
