Because MSNBC long ago stopped being a news channel in favor of becoming visual left-wing talk radio, the "Lean Forward" network continues to make a fool of itself in ways both big (mocking a black infant) and small. On a slow news Friday, MSNBC rising star Thomas Roberts and a guest spit-balled on the air over how to "combat" the Duck Dynasty clan from doing something legal -- like releasing their own line of firearms:

I didn’t know DD was going to have their own line of guns until I saw this article on the news about MSNBC opposing it. Thanks, MSNBC for bringing it to my attention. I’ll be one of their customers!
Don’t you just love how they keep saying “anti-gay” as if it’s a bad thing? And why is it that we’re always “anti-gay” but they never describe themselves as “anti-life” even “anti-gun”. They’re always “pro-choice” or “pro-gun control”.
Words...
Maybe it’s time we started calling ourselves “pro-hetero”, which is precisely what Phil Robertson did..
Good idea.
Stick with defining ourselves as being on the right side, but portray it as being “for” something, not “against” something.
I completely agree with you on this.
Wow. Yep. Another marriage government gay pimp. The only good marriage is a gay advised marriage. DD got in the king’s buffoon territory and the gubermentnis not amused of losing philosophical commedy brainwash purposed monopoly
Sam Walton had its own shotgun lines... hint to Walmart guns.
Here's where living in the Echo Chamber fails. He doesn't realize that "very moderate" people know for a fact -- because, unlike leftists, they have actually read or seen the actual GQ article and the original dug-up video -- that "misogynist, racist, anti-gay" are all lies.
So did Ted Williams. Sold at Sears. Along with their line of JC Higgins sporting goods.
The anti-self defense activists are all breaking civil rights laws, they all need to be rounded up, tried, jailed and left unemployed. The money men like bloomturd then need to start paying damages, a lot of damages for financing the violation of civil rights.
who writes those paychecks???
I bet if you trace back far enough there is a government grant or 10 in the funding pipeline for these morons.
They are decent guns, Mossbergs, if I recall correctly. They’re not the high dollar Benellis the Robertsons use but they are good quality, affordable, working mans guns.
It’s a brilliant move.
Especially for Mossberg! ;-)
If I have to register it with the gummint, forget it. I take the 2nd Amendment as it is.
Indeed, I do not own a weapon and never considered owning one but will seriously look into buying one of these DD/Mossberg guns for the simple reason it will be a great conversation piece when mounted over my fireplace and may just be worth something down the road.
Hell, maybe I can even get an autograph on the stock. Now THAT would be a great PR move for the DD clan.
This is one of those times, I could switch from Comcast to U-verse. This is content Comcast does not need.
If you choose to boycott advertisers based on where they choose
to advertise then you should contact them and let them know
what networks or programs upset you. Companies tend to spread
their ad dollars around. The commercials seen on MSNBC are
also seen on FOXNEWS.
That appears to be exactly what happened. I remember the ads and previews of the show just before and after it aired. They were portrayed as a bunch of moron redneck hicks that we were supposed to laugh at.
Sadly the libs running a&e seem to think that portrayal is accurate for rural southerners. I was with the a&e boycott when the blow up with DD started but that was hard to do since I never watch anything on it.
I think Microsoft backed out of the arrangement a while ago, but I’m pretty sure NBC is underwriting this garbage.
“And I think many of them will not embrace the type of, you know, misogynist, racist, anti-gay comments that Phil Robertson is making.”
Based on your network’s abysmal ratings “many of them” do not embrace the type of, you know, misogynist, racist, pro-gay comments that MSNBC is making...
