Probably not. That rumor swept the Twittertubes of late, but its based on an unsourced report from one of Hong Kongs least-reliable tabloids, which is somewhat akin to being one of Barack Obamas least-credible promises.

Who knows what goes on in that crazy country.
What I want to know is IF he was eaten by dogs, were the dogs hungry an hour later?

Better than domestic cats, that’s for sure. They just nibble. Walk away, come back, nibble again. Slow death.

(Obama is just the symptom of what is destroying the U.S.)

Actually there's now a 100 percent verified video out of the execution.

...”Such a bogus story for so many reasons”....
Perhaps, but I put nothing past Kim Jong from doing....fact is this was his own Uncle and he ordered his killing. Regardless of his reasons/motives or how it was done...His Uncle was murdered by his own order.
Unless of course he was shipped out of N.Korea altogether and living somewhere in China or elsewhere, which is equally possible. But the people need to believe he was ordered killed...fear rules the people in North Korea...one way or another.
