We the people can nullify Obamas unconstitutional communist POS by simply refusing to submit. If the majority of the people dont sign up for it, it dies on the vine. In fact it wouldnt take anywhere close to a majority. Twenty to thirty percent ought to do it.
It's not going to work anyway. Socialism never works. We need to kill if it we want to save our constitutional republic!
No surrender, no retreat!!
Do not sign away your freedom!!
Do not submit to the godless leftist wannabe dictators!!
We are the resistance!!
I've been asking around for weeks and I haven't personally met anyone in person who has signed up which is why I made the prediction in my tagline.
Well like I said just above, I think we’re just about there. History proves that we Americans will tolerate only so much tyranny.
Absolutely! I will not comply!
Alright!
Revolution is here.
Have you looked into consierge medicine?
WHY HASN’T OBAMACARE BEEN TREATED LIKE STATES/CITIES TREAT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION? If cities and states can refuse to follow/support immigration laws then states can refuse to follow Obamacare laws. I have not seen anyone make this argument.
I believe some states are opting out.
You might think about the health ministries. I don’t know of any that are that expensive. Keyword: survivingsocialism to see several articles on it.
Few are actually ever willing to do what must be done to preserve, protect and defend our liberty and natural rights.
They have been handed down to us on a silver platter by the blood of others - and 70 years of peace, prosperity and idleness has opened us all up to the Devil, who beguiled us into slumber and to accept ideas anathema to our foundations.
True, but no one has compared it to disregarding immigration laws. Disregarding immigration laws is a liberal tactic. “If libs can disregard immigration laws then we can disregard ACA laws.”
There is a lot of discussion these days about what the talking heads are calling “Health care”. Listening to them one would think that vast numbers of Americans were somehow prohibited from receiving medical treatment until the government passed a law requiring everyone to buy insurance. Well, that is certainly a relief.
I have always thought that, except for liability situations like operating a car on the public roadways or owning a facility that is open to the public, insurance - any insurance- is a bad idea. I do not understand why so many people dont get the fact that the insurance companies make a profit because they work the odds. Just like a casino, they always win. They know that the odds are that you will pay in a lot more than they pay out.
In the case of health insurance, the consumer only wins if he develops a condition requiring expensive medical care over a long period of time. You call that winning? The insurance company, on the other hand, wins if you stay healthy and pay your premiums for a long time or die before they have to lay out too much money for treatment. The Doctor wins if he can keep you healthy enough to pay your premiums but sick enough to keep coming back for more tests and more prescriptions.
Catastrophic incident insurance with, say,a $10K deductible is a sensible precaution but the kind of Health Care being forced on us is no different than being forced to take your money to the casino where if you win you can look forward to subsidized suffering for as long as you can be milked for premiums or until you die. If you lose, you get to live a long and healthy life paying insurance premiums. Of course, “If you like your casino, you can keep your casino” the President said d;^)
No health care insurance for me. I am playing the odds like the proven winners, the insurance companies. I am putting my money away where I can decide how it gets spent. Of course, this course requires accepting personal responsibility for staying healthy and avoiding accidents. It also requires that we live within our means, foregoing frivolous expenditures and the use of credit to buy things we do not need or cannot afford. What a concept.
Heres a thought: Offer your personal physician a retainer, like a lawyer. A few thousand dollars should do it. Then you know you will have a doctor who works for you and not the insurance company or the government. The doctor is then free to offer services and provide treatment without first consulting a third party to find out what he can or cannot do for you based on what the insurance company is willing to pay for.
Someone is bound to say that no one could afford it except the rich, but consider; my premiums when last I had health insurance were $800 a month. It adds up fast if you are putting it away for yourself instead of sending off a check every month to someone who will decide what treatment, if any, you “Qualify” for.
Do yourself a favor and look into the health sharing ministries. They’re deathcare exempt. Several articles posted on FR. Search keyword: survivingsocialism.
Perfectly stated!
In very short time, I think Charles Dudley Warner’s old adage that said, “politics makes strange bedfellows,” will come to life across our nation, thanks to Obamacare.
I think we’ll find “folks” from every political leaning, including some of the Marxist’s most ardent followers, either coming to our side or at least turning against him and big government once they, family members or close friends experience something dreadful, which will surely happen.
He’s desperately trying to pack the courts, but revolutions are not dependent upon the courts. We didn’t surrender our 2nd Amendment rights.
“Can you believe there are people out there trying to talk people into not signing up for health insurance? It’s bizzare.” - Barrack Hussein Obama
It’s his base that he was talking about that’s pushing the “Opt Out” strategy. hee hee

Article V via a Convention of the states. (It ALL happens via states . We completely bypass the Federal government )
I’m not feeling well so I’m pinging Jaquerie who is our local expert on FR.
Also, read Mark Levin’s book, “Liberty Amendments”
I get freepmail from freepers who will not speak openly and on top of that they do not want me to speak openly either.
People, this IS Tyranny! Wake up!
I have nothing of substance to add to boxlunch's suggestions. ConventionofStates.com and Levin's latest book spell it out. Contact your state rep and senator. It is no secret to anyone, including them, that our republic is on its last legs. Only the states can possibly save it.
That's the ticket.
Resistance to Tyranny is obedience to God.
We The People wield the ultimate power against blatant Tyranny.
Tyrannical Law should always be held in scorn, and scoffed at.
