The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
They better lay in a massive supply of oxycontin.
Free drugs! Get ‘em while supplies last!
A month’s supply? Does that mean it will fill only enough medication for the month, or does that mean it will fill any prescription, even one for a year’s supply of medicine for example, during the month? I also wonder if they plan on being reimbursed, or maybe this is simply a marketing scheme to draw in more customers. Walgreens shareholder interests, not politics, should be the company’s first priority.
Because of Obama Care I cannot use Walgreens anymore, they have forced my to use a mail order pharmacy....
If it was like my previous mail order pharmacy experiences.... I have an interesting year ahead of me....
Where’s that Obamacare free candy van? Should be labeled “Free Drugs” with a Walgreens logo added.
Walgreens gets what for dispensing free Obamacare candy? Creepy.
Walgreen? They can’t even get the name right.
Some of this drug stuff is crazy.
We don’t have insurance now (hubby is trying to find out about Obamacare, but hasn’t managed to crack the code yet, I’m telling him to wait until after Jan 1.)
He takes a bunch of prescription drugs and one is quite expensive. He poked around the internet and found some coupon which actually got him a lower out-of-pocket than he had with the former insurance plan. He saved hundreds of dollars.
So, it seems to be a big mish-mosh, and that’s before the O-care kicks in.
That’s a pretty safe offer to make. If you don’t have insurance you won’t see a doctor and you won’t get a Rx so you won’t be going to Walgreens to get free drugs.
Great timing. I just bailed on Walgreens. It seemed every single prescription I tried to get filled was held-up for one reason or another.
Combined with piss poor service and long wait times due to low staffing levels, I finally decided just a week ago that enough was enough and got my latest prescription filled at Publix.
And I had been going to this Walgreens for over 20 years.
Dang it, Walgreen’s! Why’d ya have to go and do a thang like that? I’ve been with ya for 13 years.
Exactly. You can’t create a totalitarian regime or whatever without big business.
I think the key words here are “no up-front cost”.
My guess is if they ever get their hands on a policy number, they will back bill. If not, then they will write them off somehow and take whatever tax benefit they can from it.
This reminds me, I need to get some more snacks, maybe some garlic chips, more extra butter popcorn, some tasty juice and plenty of bottled water.
Yeah I need some refreshments while I stand far and away from the Obamacare train wreck.
Yet i want a vantage point to see car after car careening into others, cargo, axles and track flying all over the place.
Nope, never even visited the Ocare website, have absolutely no plans to ever ever even think about buying any kind of health insurance, and I am laughing my ass off at those dim wits that have fallen for the the lies, the promises and are about to truly find out what they are in for, the Feds taking all their wages and they will get nothing but a few pills from automated dispensers or a number to wait in line until their case is reviewed, SUCKERS!
But Walgreens dropped Tricare. I guess they don’t want to serve military and retires but are fine with Obamacare.
“And what was Walgreens promised in return?”
That within 5 years they will be known as “Government Drugs”.
