That's my impression. Donations are down; Obama scares everyone who's expected to pay for it. The dems no darn well that Boehner and his fellow travelers would align with dems to stop any impeachment chances. It's kind of like RINOs telling us to contribute to them and vote for them because they're the "lesser of two evils".

And that Congress (including a large number of completely panicked Democrats) is likely to PASS major changes (or even repeal) before the end of 2014, AND that obama will veto said changes, setting up a massive hue and cry from the voters for impeachment.
