It figures from this crew. Hundreds and thousands of blacks assault whites and Asians for racist purposes, so they prosecute the rare white suspect. How in keeping with their goals. Will the Black Panthers, the Justice Brothers and the rest of that crew head to Houston? Has Benjamin Crump reached out to the elderly man's family yet? Will Mr. Obama pardon all the black perpetrators?

The guy SHOULD be charged with assault. That’s what it was.
A hate crime? Prove what he was thinking.
But with this A-hole as AG, racism is his only way.

hypocrisy - the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform
Now, Eric never claimed he was for actual color-blind justice. He’s always believed in using the government as an instrument of racial revenge.
So, he’s no “hypocrite”.

The Injustice Department is a joke. Local law enforcement did nothing to curb this trend or alert the public. THAT is where the Justice Department investigation needs to be, the lack of local prosecution.
Making a federal case out of this one “man bites dog” case is overkill and unwarrented. Let him be prosecuted locally. Bring in the big guns if they refuse to do their job.

If suspects call the victim racial names, and one of the other witnesses testifies to that effect, it would be prosecutable as a hate crime, says Professor Green, speaking generally about knockout cases... When I was robbed at gunpoint and ordered to get down on the ground, I was repeatedly called nigger. I have white skin. I told the police this when I ran up to where they were doing a DWI taskforce. There was no hate crime prosecution. No criminal prosecution for the aggrivated robbery. They got the hell out of there and didn't run their ticket game for 6 months.

It is only racial hypocrisy if one believes in egalitarianism. What the prosecution of whites alone really demonstrates is the ongoing conquest by the Third World.

I don't expect any kind of justice from the crew currently in charge. We have an att. general of the U. S. who actually stated he wasn't going to prosecute "his" (black) people for a particular crime. My God, what have we come to? Can anyone imagine a white att. gen. stating he would not prosecute "his" people for a certain crime?
Naturally, the Great Lib Media overlooked that statement as they have overlooked all cases of hypocrisy concerning racial matters. We are either in or getting closer and closer to the ultimate dream of the left... liberal fascism where no words and actions but liberal words and actions will be tolerated.

We were speculating about the knockout game and that if Whitey does it, he’ll be arrested and charged with a hate crime.
No more speculation; it’s a reality!

We are well on our way to institutionalizing black crime as a disease that doesnot require jail time but rehabilitation. This is called social justice they are committing these crimes because of thier environment of coarse caused by societal inequality and unfairness because they are black and still oppressed

Have any of the hundreds of black on white attacks been prosecuted this way?
If not, I think he has a strong defense against the federal charge based on equal protection under the law. The federal hate-crime should be dismissed.
However, like others have said, he deserves to be punished for criminal assault. Considering the nature of the attack, I would think aggravated should apply as well.
But let’s have some equal enforcement.

Complete and total hypocrisy.
Also, this is selective enforcement - a deliberate and discriminatory decision of law enforcement to prosecute some criminals and to not prosecute others, based on bias.
As I said so many times, hate crime laws were created to criminalize everything that a White says or does, or doesn’t say or doesn’t do, and to set free non-Whites who physically assault Whites.

The white guy either did,or did not, cause bodily harm to the black guy.Assuming he did,he either did,or did not, have a good reason for so doing.Assuming he didn't he's committed a crime. If I was on the jury I'd judge the severity of that crime mainly on the severity of the black guy's injuries. The more serious the injuries, the more time the white guy should spend in jail.Maybe a week...even a month...for a bloody nose.Probably the DP if the guy dies.
As for a "hate crime" charge....I will never, ever,*ever*,as a juror, vote "guilty" on any such charge...even if I believe the defendant deserves 30 years (or more) for the harm he did in assaulting the "person of color/gender/sexual orientation".

federal hate crimes law, which defines a hate crime as motivated by enmity or animus against a protected class. There is the key word, PROTECTED. Whites are not a protected class according to the federal government. Therefore blacks can not be charged with a federal hate crime, even if they should be shouting "down with honkey" as they commit the crime
