...and Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, did—though Murkowski came back and won reelection as a write-in candidate.

With the not-so-covert help of John Cornyn and the NRSC, which actually worked AGAINST the actual Republican candidate Joe Miller, who had won the primary fair and square.

The Hawaii primary will be interesting to watch. If we could get a native candidate, and Hanabusa lost, her voters might be so disgusted with Schatz, they’d vote for ours in the general.

Why did they not mention anther Democrat, Mary Landrieu of Louisiana? She is in a “Primary” that list all candidates of all parties on the same ballot. She is definitely vulnerable. Am I right or wrong?

Misleading article.

Begich, Landrieu, Franken, Merkley are all Democrat Senators who only won narrowly last time and could lose next time.

They may not have primary challengers, but is that the real story for 2014?

Bennet, Lugar and Murkowski had a more liberal record than McCain on immigration. McCain thought he was a border hawk and part of the 2010 tea party wave.
