I do not own the rights to this video, the guys voice is not mine. This happened a block from me the cop is now suspended and the woman suffered a broken nose and some other facial injuries

In the dark, Jones wasnt sure it was her nails so he acted to stop her assault, Doering said.He throws her to the ground to stop her from assaulting him and finish the arrest, Doering said.
Too dark to video record too, I bet...
I have heard it said that a Libertarian FReeper is one who HAS been abused by his/her once beloved enforcers of the Law.
A FReeper who STILL kneels before the police after being abused is either a masochist or a......well, connect the dots.
I think if they shot and killed the woman they would justify it.Cops operate as gangs and they all stick together as partners in crime.Their motto is together we stand and together we fall so lie lie lie so we win. They lie on the witness stands, they lie on their reports and they lie about who they really are!I call them CRIMINALS!They make the mafia look like choir boys.
I don't think you would be justified breaking his neck unless there was a specific and unjustified life threatening action toward you by the officer.
If you find yourself in a situation similar to Ms. Allegrone, it might be better to just get the best lawyer you can find, and hope that it all was on video too.
That does not mean I'm blind to how those less fortunate(?) than I have been flat out abused.
Nor does it mean that I don't recognize that the worse they treat other people and get away with it, the worse they may some day treat me should the spell wear off...
(not that there is anything neurotic about that)
The neck part was in a facetious vein.
Let me ask YOU this: Do you think the actions of this drunken individual and the clear resistance on her part could have led to the actions of the LEO's?
Let me rephrase the question: Had the intoxicated individual complied with the LEO's following her being pulled over for an apparent DUI, would the ensuing events have occured?
Goodness! You are correct. Where are my manners???
Wouldn’t that depend on the officer’s emotional state? Are his roids acting up?
(not that there is anything neurotic about that)
I’m drawing a blank here. Maybe I should check my blood glucose?
No pit bull involved so you can’t be thinking of Chet 99...
Fortunately, I have not been stopped nor detained in any manner since 1994. Even though that stop was for doing “30.1 in a 25mph zone”. Hard to believe since I still had my 1988 5-speed Subaru wagon in second gear, after exiting a lube shop 200 yards away from where I was pulled over. It WAS right after Thanksgiving Day, so I understood it was end of month, gotta get the quota filled.
You mean you discriminate? You engage in profiling zotted FReepers?
True. My older neighbor was confused and acting very strangely in Las Vegas, she bumped into a parked car and then went in a casino in a very confused state, acting out of control. The casino called the police and the police took her to the hospital for mental evaluation and it was discovered her medication had caused it all. Thank goodness those police officers decided to find out what was wrong instead of jumping to conclusions that she was just drunk and belligerent.
Cops don’t beat on 70 year old women unless they are untrained, drunk on power or totally stupid and then try to stop a man from videotaping the scene so they won’t be sued in court.I hope she sues and I bet a jury will award her with some serious change.
Discrimination? Naaaahh, I just try to match the pingee to the topic.
That is true. It is also a tremendous injustice. Unless you are cool with the abuse of personal power to attenuate a hurt butt.
