I think she’s Helle Thorning-Schmidt, the Prime Minister of Denmark. The Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, is a male.
Maybe Obama was really interested in flirting with Cameron, and the Danish lady just happened to be in the way.
It´s real sad as when I look at this picture, I´ve remembered how many times I´ve seen something that later turned out to be PHOTOSHOPPED. How do we know this hasn´t been fixed....this picture.

JFK was a notorious (Marilyn Monroe) philanderer. So was LBJ. Yet the country survived. We went through this with Clinton. None of it rises to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors as we learned in the impeachment process, for such as gun running (Fast and Furious) to Mexican cartels, or backing Al-Qaeda in Egypt and deposing a strongman who was basically pro-Western, or condemning the American people to the illegalities and unconstitutionalities of Obamacare, or suborning the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to circumvent the Congress, or blockading ammo supplies and preventing the American people from acquiring ammunition in the free market, or refusing to secure the southern border, or militarizing local police forces with donations of battlefield weaponry from the Department of Defense, these our rubber-kneed Congress turns a blind eye to, when the perpetrator is a man of color having an identical counterpart in the person who runs the Department of Justice. Funny how Holder and the DOJ have been out of the news cycle recently. What’s really going on that all this phony news is designed to distract us from?
What these pictures tell me is that Val and Michelle are the true believers and Barack is just a frontman.
Val and Michelle were there to pay homage to their ideological brother, Nelson Mandela. Barack was just there to make a nice speech and get some photo ops. And boy, did Barack get some photo ops, just not like the ones he imagined beforehand.

Give him a break. He probably has never attended very many formal ceremonies. Most of the White House gatherings are attended by the Hollywood scum, his lackeys, pond scum from Chicago, and radicals. You can take the thug out of the Chicago hood, but you can’t take the Chicago hood out of the thug.

Either way, Obama is now seen as an effeminate man, whether they know he is a queer or not.
Why is she sitting there with the heads of state and their spouses? And why does she have a Secret Service protective detail? No cabinet member has one. They are protected by the law enforcement branches within their departments, yet a mere staffer (she is NOT the White House chief of staff) gets Secret Service protection? What in the hell is going on here? Who is she? Colonel House didn’t have bodyguards!
