Why is she sitting there with the heads of state and their spouses? And why does she have a Secret Service protective detail? No cabinet member has one. They are protected by the law enforcement branches within their departments, yet a mere staffer (she is NOT the White House chief of staff) gets Secret Service protection? What in the hell is going on here? Who is she? Colonel House didn’t have bodyguards!
Same reason that Michelle has more than 20 highly paid aides. Or Bo gets to fly to vacation spots on his own separate plane.
