WHAT percent of American men are gay? This question is notoriously difficult to answer. Historical estimates range from about 2 percent to 10 percent.
But somewhere in the exabytes of data that human beings create every day are answers to even the most challenging questions.
Using surveys, social networks, pornographic searches and dating sites, I recently studied evidence on the number of gay men. The data used in this analysis is available in highly aggregated form only and can be downloaded from publicly accessible sites. While none of these data sources are ideal, they combine to tell a consistent story.
At least 5 percent of American men, I estimate, are predominantly attracted to men, and millions of gay men still live, to some degree, in the closet. Gay men are half as likely as straight men to acknowledge their sexuality on social networks. More than one quarter of gay men hide their sexuality from anonymous surveys. The evidence also suggests that a large number of gay men are married to women....

If the advocates at the NYTimes declare about 5% of men are homosexual then you KNOW it’s really 1% or less.
Less than 1% at birth; other 99% were sucked into it.

Put me down for no.
It means he expected the number to be higher, but he couldn’t find evidence to back it up, so he just doubled the number he found, and claimed it was because the other half were hiding.
But enough to completely control the social climate in this country. It helps to have on in the white hut.
He said 2% of men are gay. They've never had interest in a woman - and probably never will. Two percent of men at heterosexual and have never had interest in a man and never will. Everyone else is bi... from very very bi - to very very un-bi. He didn't separate those who acted on sexual impulses from those who didn't... so the numbers are theoretical.
Then he said this - anyone who tries to tell you you're gay is not telling the truth - if you're in that 2% you know it.
I tend to disagree with his numbers - - his stand that 96% of people are bi strikes me as wrong.
One is too many.
Ha! Didn't notice but I feel the same way. Can't wait to see his kids get married provided he has a 'traditional' marriage e.g., not a homo one.
I’ve known, worked with and for and even had the odd gay roommate over the years, in some cases it is what they is, not just what they do.
I think in at least some cases there is an actual hardwiring or brain chemistry component to gay/lesbianism.
Still, I’d bet good money that most of it is imprinting on their first sexual experiences. If a man can convince a gosling that he is mother goose, he can convince a lad that he’s his type.
Seems to me, that most homosexuals are anything BUT ‘gay’! (At least in the original meaning of the word, before it was stolen by the sodomite community!)
They would demand that the test be banned.
You worked with my ex? (The weight was the least of it...)
We are talking about nebulous terms, here. So there cannot be a number.
Cities vs. exburbs definitely have a much higher percentage of gays, deviants, drug users, criminals, and other Democrats. Some of it is self selection by moving to the city, but the city environment also creates significant numbers of these people who otherwise wouldn't be. These studies make the mistake that one size fits all. People that live in a big city have a very different experience than those that grow up in a more natural environment.

After such 'research', his mind will be VERY warped!
thank you

Depends on where you are. In DC is is probably 15-20%. In Killfaggotville Texas, probably close to zero.
