A Colorado baker who refused to make a cake for a gay couple has been given an ultimatum by a judge; serve gay weddings or face fines.
Administrative law judge Robert N. Spence found Friday that Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Denver, Colo. violated the law when he turned away David Mullins, 29, and Charlie Craig, 33, from his shop last year.
In his written decision, Spence ordered that Phillips "cease and desist from discriminating" against gay couples, or face financial penalties, and cited Colorado state law that prohibits businesses from refusing service based on race, sex, marital status or sexual orientation.

He is an Administrative Law Judge. This can go to the regular court system and plead the 1st Amendment.
He is a civil servant in an agency created by the 'Rats to do Party business cracking down on the Right.
He is not a real judge. He's what is laughingly called an "administrative law judge". AKA "kangaroo-court judge".
He's basically running a midnight tribunal for leaning on people. Baker better mind his p's and q's, or he'll be getting caned on the soles of his feet by some b & d enthusiasts.

because they don’t care about the cake. these are people who, while growing up, knew they were different from the mainstream culture of this country, and developed a hatred for what it stood for.
now they are just trying to cause as many problems as they can.
