KABUL, Afghanistan The United Nations complained Sunday that Afghan authorities have been slow in enforcing a law protecting women against forced marriages, domestic violence and rape.
A report issued by the U.N. mission in Afghanistan found that although Afghan authorities registered more reports of violence against women under the four-year-old law, prosecutions and convictions remained low.

Those laws are NEVER going to be enforce. So you can go back to your main job of skimming billions off of AID money.

Have the same problem with this posting. The Boston Herald piece shows it was posted by gooblah. But check keywords the body copy reads something from a posting about Susan Boyle’s Assenberger syndrome .But the link as well as the comment section is directed to you
I don’t see this problem anywhere on here; I’m running (egad) Windows 8, browser is Chrome.
