A New Jersey waitress who raked in thousands in donations after claiming a couple didn’t tip her because she’s gay was fired from her job on Saturday.
Dayna Morales, 22, was finally canned from Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater — nearly a month after she made national headlines over what’s likely a hoax.

“She exaggerated every story,” former coworker Julie Howat told The Post. “I knew [the receipt] was fake. When the articles came out, everyone at my job laughed.”

The real victims [the besmirched family] should sue her in civil court for defamation, and go for whatever can be squeezed out of her turnips. Probably not enough to make a court case worthwhile. Probably they just — rightfully — want this particular nightmare to be over —
sue her in small claims court then, or take it to Judge Judy . . .
SOMETHING yes, needs to be done beyond her being justly fired.
Go for it, put her and her ilk in place, make an example, just do not let it drop at being justly fired.

Now that everyone knows a homo works there, no one wants to eat the food. Bad for business. Yup...I never go back to a place to eat where I know my server is a homosexual...especially one who flaunts it...Don't trust them...
That tells management is clueless...
Happened a few times, but most of the people who are waiters and waitresses don't flaunt their sexuality...because their job is to serve us as customers not to make a sexual statement
