The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a challenge to ObamaCare brought by a Virginia-based Christian university, ending for now one of the biggest remaining legal fights against the health care law.
The justices, in turning away the lawsuit from Liberty University and leaving in place a federal appeals court ruling dismissing it, did not comment on their decision. The decision comes less than a week after the high court agreed to hear a challenge from Hobby Lobby and one other company to the law's so-called contraception mandate -- the requirement on most employers to provide access to contraceptive coverage.

Go with NONE. We saw our last true honest national elections back in 2008. Cook County went national - the Machine and the Party now rules us.
Elections will simply be a charade, a placebo to placate the masses into thinking they actually have a choice in their rulers.
We don't anymore.
We have no recourse left us within civil means. That's simple fact.
Justice Roberts has rendered his opinion. Now let him enforce it.
Perhaps just as well.
The last time they took a case associated with Rev. Falwell the result was a virtual license to get as loud and lewd as you wanna be, provided it is clearly labeled a “parody” first.
This will result in more businesses discontinuing health coverage for employees.
I’m trying to stop them. I’m praying that God will stop them. But I know what you mean and feel the same frustration.
Maybe that is the answer, BECAUSE they are taking Hobby Lobby’s, it would be a duplication.
The question is shy they aren’t taking Liberty U’s.
LEXINGTON AND CONCORD
you forget ... homeland security bought up all the ammo.
I think my frustration is in the idea that acts of futility qualifies as “trying to stop them.” There are ways to stop what’s going on, but it’s not through winning elections, legislation, or winning the hearts and minds of the Lowinfos. Elections, legislation, nor the majority can negate inalienable rights, and we’re within our rights to secure our liberty by what ever means God allows. I think even the best of our elected servants are resigned to fight and lose within a rigged process. I say it’s time to walk away from it and focus on individual states.

It won’t be cut and dry either (in my probably naive opinion). It’ll be something like:
“No sodomite marriage, no 501c.”
“No sodomite marriage, no healthcare for church employees. No healthcare for church employees, no church.”
Because I’m probably naive, it may be simply, “no Sodomite marriage, no church.” But it WILL happen.
yes ... but hang on ... Prayers said.
If you throw the media in the mix, 2008 was not a fair election. Not that the media’s malpractice allows any previous election to truly be fair, but they ratcheted up the advocacy in 2008.
Yeah but I guess the SCOTUS is fine with the Liberty ruling and may be not fine with the Hobby Lobby ruling so they step in to overrule the Hobby Lobby case.
Where are the simple lawyers (Levin?) that can argue thus: shall make no law...respecting the establishment of religion,
OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF;
These are natural rights (ref: free exercise) residing among THE PEOPLE from which the government is denied any action to undertake oppression of the same.
If I want to structure my enterprise so that it agrees with my PRACTICE OF RELIGION, the government (FED/STATE/MUNI) cannot constraint it under the color of law.
If a lawyer cannot simply argue this point before the SCOTUS, then we do not have this simple, enumerated right and the US does not exist.
Chaos and anarchy.
There will be. It may take a bit more time, but we will be ready when we have to step up.
We will make Ronald Reagan proud.
It’s not Kennedy’s fault. Kennedy wanted Obamacare completely overturned.
Amen!
