I got stood up TWICE today, but unfortunately NOT by the Terrible Ten Year Old Terror.

I had a particularly tough day today.

GRAVY???? Seriously????

I'd have imagined myself as something much more tradtional....like a good stuffing.

You Are Gravy
You may not think of yourself as an exciting person, and it's true that you're quite ordinary when you're all alone.
But when you get with a group, you really come alive. You tied everything together nicely.

On the rare occasion that you're cold, you are a completely different person - unappetizing and practically cruel.
Luckily, you are naturally are warm-hearted and mellow. You can take a boring, dry situation and turn it into something comforting.

You Are Green Beans
Some people make a big fuss over you, but you're best when you're at your simplest.
You have a fresh, crisp outlook on life. You are lighthearted, and you don't like to be weighed down by anything.

You enjoy being out in nature, and you wish that more people appreciated the simple beauty of a home cooked vegetable.
You are a thoughtful and spiritual person. You wish more people would spend time on Thanksgiving thinking about what they're thankful for.

Weird, I don't even like green beans!

From E-mail.

“”The President plans to use his executive authority to limit the 2014 military pay raise at 1%, rather than the 1.8% provided under current law. Send your legislators a message urging them to preserve the 1.8% military pay raise.””

Oysters on the shell with a cracker and seeing grandma's pickled beets with hard cooked eggs all purple in a bowl. Of course with all the turkey, ham and vegetables.
