Brooklyn Man Suspected Of Attacking Jew In 'Knockout' Game Charged With Hate Crime

Police have been investigating reports of a frightening new fad in Brooklyn recently — a "game" called knockout in which a group of people find and assault unsuspecting Jews.
The crimes can carry charges more serious than assault. Amrit Marajh, 28, was charged with a hate crime on Sunday for allegedly punching a 24-year-old Orthodox Jewish man Friday morning, ABC News reports.
The victim reportedly told police that he heard his attackers daring each other to punch him and talking about the knockout game, according to ABC.
The "game" is very dangerous and violent and involves attempting to knock a person out with a single punch.
Several attacks have taken place in Brooklyn since September, NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly told CBS News. One surveillance tape shows a 19-year-old Jewish man thrown to the ground after a group of teenagers hit him.
NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating the attacks. Police are also stepping up patrols in areas where attacks have been reported, according to ABC.
The trend isn't exclusive to Brooklyn, and cases have been reported in at least six states. Three people have died so far in attacks linked to the "game."

No, I wouldn’t know that because they overwhelmingly vote for Democrats.
But, that wasn’t my point so get down off your high horse. If “troubled teens” had targeted a white Methodist, Catholic, Baptist, or atheist, there wouldn’t have been civil rights charges. It would have just been a case of “boys will be boys”. Jews get treated as a victimized minority in the US because of the Holocaust. Well, the US did not commit the Holocaust. We have no guilt. We rescued them from the Nazis and they owe us a lot more than we owe them.
Well perhaps we should send them back to Europe, just like we did between ‘39 and ‘45. I agree with you. Let’s send ‘em back. Let’s make like Spain under Ferdinand, let’s make like ancient Greece and ancient Rome, let’s make like the Nazis, let’s make like the Soviets and a whole bunch of other former societies, former empires, and get rid of the damned Jews. Actually I heard that, and thought this was a different one. I also read about a recent blackish attack that had a Hispanic thug with the black thugs, maybe on a training mission. Hispanic thugs want to be as ignorant and brutish as black thugs. It gives them something to aspire to.

But Maraj/Marajh is a common name among Hindus from Trinidad and Tobago, many of whom emigrated to Brooklyn - which is the home of this Amrit Marajh and also Onika Maraj (better known by her stage name Nicki Minaj).

The US rescued a few thousand Jews. The camp liberations were incidental. Who cared that it was part of the German war effort, our actions might have saved Jews and we couldn't allow that.

This is no problem with CCW, the problem is mingling with those types and not maintaining good situational awareness.
