SAN ANTONIO -- Officer Jackie Neal, 40, was in full uniform, in a marked squad car and on-duty when he made a traffic stop Friday morning and sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman, according to the San Antonio Police Department. Neal was taken into custody by SAPD Special Victims' Unit detectives after police officers pulled him over on the south side around 2 a.m. Saturday, according to a statement issued by the department. Neal was arrested on a warrant for sexual assault, a second-degree felony.
"This conduct is unthinkable and I'm absolutely outraged," San Antonio police chief, William McManus said in a statement issued by the department. "Once we became aware of the allegation, we took prompt action."
Neal is an 11-year veteran with SAPD and works the overnight shift on South Patrol. He was hired in October 2001, according to The Texas Tribune. Officer Neal has been placed on administrative leave, according to department protocol. He was released from custody Saturday at 7:25 a.m., according to the Bexar County Magistrate's website. Neal was suspended back in September, according to an agenda for the San Antonio Police and Firefighter Civil Service Commission. KENS 5 requested information regarding the suspension in mid-September; however, the department has yet to release any details on the incident.
"A high standard of conduct is a priority of the S.A.P.D. I praise the victim for having the courage to come forward and having the confidence in the S.A.P.D. to handle the case effectively," McManus added.
90% of secular country is some kind of pity party.
God can and does do better than this.
There is also a whole genre called “Positive Christian Country.”
I want to, if the Lord permits, be a bridge between the secular audience and a better appreciation of the sacred. God does not leave himself without a witness. It’s up to us to point out that witness.
Something embarrassed him big time here.
Recent cop-related abuses have probably lead this officer to believe it’s his right to have his pick of the crop. As many other cops have gone unpunished...why would he expect to get busted?
Right,
but country can tell a story like a rock ballad.
It’s a really nice vehicle. Can’t do that with metal, or rap (except prince of bell aire) ha ha.
Or even worse, an expectation (ballyhooed by Satan) gets into his soul that somehow this is the way he is supposed to get “tough on crime.” Well you don’t do that by committing other crimes. Then you just become another criminal gang.
Well, there are such things as metal ballads.
I believe you. But I can never understand a single word!
“Did he shoot her dog, too?”
No, but he did bludgeon her...uh...cat.
Oh Dear
I know what you mean. The ARGH GARGH BARGH like the Cookie Monster. Or the guitars are way too loud. I got a buddy who is a semi professional music producer who did manage to make a perfectly intelligible metal arrangement. Google for “Illinois Cowboy.” (That is one of my earlier ones before I got serious about gospel messages.)

There are other Illinois Cowboy’s. This is the one I mean.
Hey this is good stuff! I am listening to it now. Bookmark me and freepmail new stuff you publish!
Thanks... I am the owner of that Soundcloud account, feel free to browse through the other stuff. (Click my silly mug, and you will then see a list of the rest of it.)
Ok love the arrangement and the lyrics but you do need a professional vocal.
If people are taking your posts to them as attacks, perhaps you should take another look at what you are posting.
Hey, HiTech has mellowed out alot I promise. We used to really scrap.
if “people”...
there is one PERSON involved here. you.
Baton technique. You’re doing it wrong.
That’s my buddy Ronnie. He’s OK, not Nashville great though. He does fine for demo’s. I sound even worse.
